There is no exact moment, because everyone has different cuttoff points

I'd say everything from 11 to 18 is the worst of the show and Scully made everyone terrible

When Sneed bought Chuck's Suck & Fuck

the city of new york vs homer simpson was the first bad episode

i haven't watched this yet but it popped up on my youtube; youtube.com/watch?v=KqFNbCcyFkk

...

why?

Yeah, it's all downhill from here.

When Phil Hartman died

after the tracy ullman show

The principal and the pauper, S9 E1

It's pretty spot on.

Season 8 is spotty. Season 9 is more bad than good. S10 and on and past the tipping point.

that's e2

i already said e1 it's just shit

Never
They are still the best Western animation show.

And the 2 last seasons are good.

I finally realized it was shit when Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger were in an episode and it was basically "forget the jokes, we have celebrities for no reason!"

This. By season 8 most of the original writers were gone and its around this time the Simpsons switched from satirizing pop culture - to worshipping pop culture.

>This is your average simpsons poster

This. This is the episode that signaled the shift for me.

Principal and the Pauper gets its hate, but I think it's overstated.

this, but unironically

>it started as a sitcom
>it is still a sitcom
>sitcoms are shit

... ?

I think oakley & weinstein secretly wanted the show to end, so they purposely made this as their last episode to burn it all to the ground. But instead, mike scully had to go and resurrect them from the dead and we got 20 years of zombie simpsons.

What? I don't get it. The store used to be called Chuck's, where did you get Fuck and Suck from?

I still find this pretty accurate.
