I don't think any other first or second world country on Earth even has a large black middle class. Except France, but they're incredibly racist in ways that would get the average person crucified in the USA. Britain maybe, but that's only because their black people are all highly educated people from other countries handpicked by an extremely stringent immigration system- if we were to count only African immigrants in the USA (where a similar process happens) then they're better-off still than African immigrants in the UK.
