Best part of Spain. By the coast, in "espana verde" with mountainous terrain it's one of the most beautiful parts. Not ugly brown and desert-tier like most Spain. Economically the best part of Spain too (better than Madrid and Catalonia) with the lowest unemployment figures.
Worst thing you can say about it is that the language looks ugly.

Depends where you go I suppose, Pais Vasco has some of the highest migration from other parts of Spain especially in the big cities like Bilbao where you won't see any difference in the women from Madrid, Barcelona etc
