I agree with fucking over people like this but people have to acknowledge it's just for their egoistic benefit, not for some kind of justice, and also acknowledge that everyone around is just as likely to fuck you over as the CEO of it so benefits them. You have to make sure the government isn't finding ways to fuck you over in the same action that fucks over the CEO, for example by essentially just replacing the CEO with themselves. Obviously this applies to a much more general set of conflicts than just "gubiment vs CEO", but people tend to get caught up with one enemy and forget that EVERYONE is potentially their enemy.

No, it will just make people stay away from starting business and hiring employees althogether. Regulation always falls the hardest on the small enterpreneurs. A big company has economies of scale and can afford to raise prices to compensate for the costs of regulation. Not to mention legal departments that deal with such regulation and you can bet they'll find a way to do the bare minimum. Small guys can't afford that. Here is the irony, socialists hate capitalism because of the big corporations but their preferred methods of dealing with those corporations are making sure only big corporations survive.
