San Diego is underestimated. We are the safest major city in the US (besides El Paso), have the best weather, amazing food due partly to all the ethnic diversity, the best beaches in the country, great bars, MULTIPLE top 100 universities in both quality and value (UCSD, SDSU, USD, probably others I'm forgetting), the eighth largest population, a thriving job market and cross border economy with very high median income and low employment, AIRCRAFT CARRIERS, the world's best zoo, and tons of landmarks like the Cabrillo Monument, Balboa, Old Town, and the navy musuem.
No one knows we exist.
