Pretty cool. I haven't saved any, but the latest I've seen are Fiji, Bermuda (hardly counts), Uzbekistan and French Guiana.

Here in Sup Forums over the course of two years or so. Fiji and Uzbekistan I have seen very recently.

Bermuda isn't really rare, he's like the Greenland user or the Cambodia user, pops up from time to time. French Guiana must have been very long ago. I don't remember. I wouldn't have noticed myself, some other user said it was "stealth rare".

Nah, man, I said some other user pointed it out that there was French Guiana in that thread.
Coming to think of it, I've also seen Timor Leste. And then there are expats in countries like Tanzania (American user), PNG (Australian user) and CAR (French user). I don't think Cambodia, Ethiopia, Bermuda and the Caribbean countries really count as rare. There was a time you could just go to /carib/ and they'd all be there. Ethiopia used to be around a lot for a while. He was similar to Sudan bro. Cambodia comes and goes, no one really notices him like they would notice an African country. Anyway I think that most of the ultra-rare flags are just proxies.
