>what are your personal red flags for women?
Try to answer in full sentences, not listing stuff with meme arrows. I think even not-so-advanced learners will be able to scribble down a sentence or two.

>What language are you learning?

German currently b2 master race transitioning to C1 , will start learning french in 2 months
>>Share language learning experiences!

2010 had 1 class in high school it went very well was top student , I impressed myself since I took french before and sucked

Got into college and wanted to keep learning german but there werent any classes.

2013 visit a german friend in hannover had a blast and got motivated as fuck to learn more but was a lazy cunt so I start learning till 2015

2015 took 2 german classes but could barely string a short sentence together , met new german friends and was practicing speaking german more now

took a whole year break from german till 2016
(this is when I found the key to learn german to an advance level)

• All I did was get a german textbook like "wie gehts" or Treffpunk , read 1 chapter a day , do all writing exercises for grammar (as boring as it sounds it helps you speak it correctly) .
• I learned all the vocabulary in each chapter

• Watched German videos on youtube, wrote down phrases or words I didnt know

• Used online practice exams for the B1 or B2 exams and practiced hearing and reading.

• Talk at least 2 times a week to a german speaker (I talki or interpals can help)
• when I got a more advance level started watching german news and tried to understand the main part of it

hope that helps you guys

I'LL DO MY BEST

I'm trying to find this language learning game I heard of a few months ago if anyone could help me out.

All I remember is that it was free to play, either a unity or unreal game (3d), and in the game you walked around talking to people to gain new vocab words and grammar stuff. Also in the game you had a apartment wherein you could find a list of all the vocab words you had picked up. I played it only one time and it may have been only for Japanese, but if you know anything, let me know

Influent

I found it. It's called Crystalize and it's Japanese only.

Link here for those interested: crystallize-online.com

playinfluent.com/

are these any good or just memes?
Gave the websites a quick look and they just seem like Duolingo3D

For Crystalize I wouldn't completely rely on it, but since it's free go ahead and give it a go

Looks real basic, maybe just for absolute beginners

Can any native spanish speakers who speak french tell me how long it took you to learn french?

Im currently interested in learning it. Im B2 in German, native in spanish, and fluent/native in English.

I've hear people claim any where from 6 months to 3 years to become b2 .

Attached: french pepe.jpg (528x424, 47K)

Duolingo is a good game though.

If I'm using radio garden, what's the easiest way to try to figure out a song name if I can't pick up the name by ear alone?

>Ella no es simpatico/tiene un mal humor
>Ella dice que su es enferma en la cabeza(BPD, PTSD)
>Ella durmio con muchos hombres

Only had to look something up twice. I have no right to complain since Spanish is a pretty easy language for an English speaker but I fucking hate the verb conjugations.

Shazam?

It should take 4-6 months of proper study for B2+ level functional fluency (I don't speak French but just from other testimonies and how similar they are)

P.S. if you are native check my translation pls and youAnd you could also check the corrections I'm about to give this guy since he seems to be a beginner:

>>Ella no es simpatico
simpaticA
>/tiene un mal humor
what do you mean?
estar de buen/mal humor - also I don't think this makes sense anyway, this isn't like a personality trait (hint: uses estar) so it's 'to be in a bad mood'
ser malhumorado might be ok (grumpy, moody, bad-tempered)

>>Ella dice que su es enferma en la cabeza(BPD, PTSD)
>que su es
typo? just "que es"
>es enferma en la cabeza
enferma mentalmente although 'de la cabeza' might be ok[?] depending on the tone you want (mentally ill/sick in the head)

>>Ella durmio con muchos hombres
durmió [although I would say ha dormido but I don't know if this is used much over there]

Finally you don't need to repeat Ella all the time

also don't worry about the conjugations they will come naturally with practice.

Sad little ded thread

Is there a list anywhere of languages without any variety of rolled/trilled R?

My teeth are jacked and i don't want to sound like a special needs kid

>P.S. if you are native check my translation pls

No problem, actually your sentences are almost perfect.

[Para ti,] ¿Cuáles son las señales de peligro en una mujer?

Fuma o bebe demasiado
No está en forma
Tiene tatuajes chapuceros/chungos (algunos dicen que los tatuajes son absolutamente degenerados, pero son tan comunes en estos días que creo que descartar a una mujer solo por tener * tatuajes es estúpido*)
Se tiñe el pelo de rubio
Mmm ya está. No son irrazonables, simplemente no quiero * zorras*

>And you could also check the corrections I'm about to give this guy since he seems to be a beginner:

>Ella no es simpática* o tiene * mal humor (tener mal humor is totally correct when you talk about the general mood of a person not about a temporary state)

>Ella dice que está mal* de la cabeza (BPD, PTSD)

>Ella ha dormido* con muchos hombres

Dont die

I DO HAVE A TRANSLATION CHALLENGE
>The cat is a wild animal that inhabits the homes of humans.
-Konrad Lorenz, Man Meets Dog

Attached: cat.png (577x323, 305K)

meine Katze ist ein wildes Tier die wohnt in den Hauese der menschen

La chatte est une animale sauvage qui habite les maisons des humanes

>not listing stuff with meme arrows.

>gorbe heyvan vahshi ast, ke dar khaneha ye ensanha zendegi mikonad.
Google translate will translate the second part as
>in which humans live in homes, but that's because it doesn't see the ezafe connecting homes and humans, which makes the construction "homes of humans"

It's "The cat", not "my cat". Also, you misspelled Häuser, and wohnt should go at the end of the sentence (I think at least). Die also should be Das, since it technically refers to Tier and not Katze. Or at least, that's what sounds better in my mind?

French doesn't have the rolled r. It has a different r than English but it's not trilled or rolled.

Le chat est un animal sauvage qui habite chez les humains.

Have to learn Spanish at a B1 level in 3 months. Specifically, subjunctive, imperative, future, conditional, and some perfect forms. I am at an A2 level presently. How fucked am I?

depends on what you already know. Do you have any previous experience with Spanish? It can help if you speak any other romance language already

I am at an A2 level already. Preterite, imperfect, and reflexive verbs were the constituents of the previous course.

fuck, I didn't see
>I am at an A2 level presently
lol

then you can easily get to the B1, just need to work on it everyday. I believe in you user!

Had 1 month of French so far, I'm aware my sentence probably sucks,

I worry that there are way too many blacks speaking my target language.

I'm learning French

Is there anyone who's learning Hindi or Arabic? I'm currently thinking of learning either of them but can't quite choose.. any good opinion?

How is the Turkish duolingo course?

Why?

probably shit but it shouldn't matter because you should only use Duolingo as a supplementary resource anyway

Russian is getting to be a bit of a pain. I understand the cases alright, I'm just having trouble with hearing the endings correctly in speech.

don't overthink it, just continue to immerse yourself and it will come to you intuitively with time
stressing over the bits you don't understand won't help. Focus on what you do understand and your brain will slowly piece together the things you don't
fluency doesn't come from application of grammar rules through conscious effort

yeahööö

Todo que se me aprendio es por conversaciones.

Lo siento. no sabria recomendarte. Mira los recursos de este thread o escucha música en español. O telenovelas colombianas. Ayudan mucho.
