It's a plug in that allows you to select the regional flags of the area you live in. So lets say you live in Kathmandu, you can choose the flag of Kathmandu and it will show up next to your Nepalese flag.

I updated the gh-pages text guide to allow for the optional beta mobile script. It is best to keep them seperate until the auto-update feature with Desktop works properly. At any rate, the mobile script is easier to use than the old xpi method, so I removed that.

It's a super rare flag that is unlocked if you post from the US's island territories such as Wake island, Midway, Palmyra atoll, Johnston Atoll etc.... The problem is that no one save for some military personnel on Wake and Midway live there and it's impossible to get a proxy.

USMOI is considered the rarest flag in the catalog, not just because it's a hidden rare (looks just like the USA flag) but i think it's only been posted a couple times in the history of the site.
