How do we fix his death?

I know Sup Forums can do it better

get a better actor see:any actor
or maybe a trashbin with a shitty mustache and soul patch drawn on.

All it would take is for Littlefinger to properly defend himself from the accusations and then Sansa to use the manipulation techniques he taught her to reveal his guilt

Already done

>Lady Shansha, I believe you lied under oath when you said your aunt Lysa jumped through the Moon door? Does this not matter?
>Ah, I shuppoze we are taking a crippled boy's dreams as facts, then? Should all trials be settled this way?
>Do great deeds not weigh in on my innocence? Saving you from the Lannisters, returning you to your seat in Winterfell, saving your brother and bringing the Vale into your service. A fair trial is the least you can offer me.
>No? Very well. I shall demand trial by combat.
>Not even that? Fine, then the Night's Watch will serve me well enough, with the dead on the way you need every man you can spare.
>You wish to kill me right here? Are you forgetting about the gods? You cannot kill a guest under your roof, you'd be no better than your family's killers.
>You don't care about that? Very well, but you are a Stark, my lady. I shall not accept accept your sentence if you are not the one to look me in the eye and take my life yourself.
>Or, whatever, just have the goblin bitch mutilate my throat with my dagger. Then burn my body.
>Or just leave my corpse on the floor. I shuppoze that would be acceptable as well.

Swap accents more, then cry and beg a lot more while he gets pegged by sansa.

Imagine how good his death could have been if the writers actually wanted to treat him with respect

Just let Arya kill him without due process.
No nonsense, no anything.
She just discovers that he betrayed Ned, she put him on his list and kills him.
It would be ironic, since Littlefinger can cheat anything but notdeath, and fitting.

>being this much salty to write all this shit
you parents are weeping

*cuts your throat*
No so smart now huh?

Winterfell plotline could have been Bran seeing that he helped in the killing of Jon Arryn and the defamation (and eventual death) of Ned, so Sansa and Arya work together to find the irrefutable proof to set the record straight, all the while Littlefinger is in their shadow working to undo their efforts. Rather than the shit bed that was all of them just chatting with each other randomly that somehow led to Littlefinger's "trial" and execution.

Basically, there should have been a clear path for that storyline with challenges and milestones to mark progress, instead of a jumbled mess of writing with very little relation to the end result.

The people who say that him groveling was out of character have misunderstood his character. That said, the scene would have been much better of he tried to defend himself more before resorting to groveling

Sansa should have been the one that died, much better shock value and it makes more sense too

Problem is, they wanted a strong moment for Sansa, and they even failed to do that. If you scratch the surface a little bit you realize that the death sentence is based on

a) information, that Sansa should have costed the Vale immediately (lying during the first hearing)
b) fucking Bran, who saved their argument by being Deus Ex Machina

I can understand that D&D wanted to write of CIA, he and his 4D-chess movies are surely a pain in the ass to create. I even love the idea of Sansa being his ultimate demise (if i can´t have Sansafinger), especially after the "Sorcerer´s Apprentice" moment in S4...but not this way.
Sansa should have played him in his own game. Now we have CIA falling of his own ladder because of the shock of Sansa turning against him, leaving back all reason and dooming himself by admitting Lysa´s murder and crying like a bitch (breaking his character: LF reacts on being played with anger, not sadness. Remember Harrenhall being off the table?)

Best solution: Admit that the Stark´s don´t have enough evidence for a death sentence and imprison him for his unauthorized shenanigans behind Sansa´s back.
Or have Arya murder him straight without a halfassed trial-moment for Sansa. It isn´t like she has any likeability left, anyways.

yeah and how about Shansha being an unwise naive emotional bitch that she is (fucking plebbitfags saying that she matured and all that, didn't happen) has pity on LF, after he gives a speech revealing every good thing he did fo Starks, his love etc. etc. and pleads for his life
So she sends him to take the black and...
1. He gets anime assasinated by arya on his way there. Shansha becomes more aware of Arya's new vigilante nature and thinks about that "little game" LF told her about. He planted the seeds of suspition that stay even after his death (bretty good imo)

2. He arrives at the wall, sees some of the main cast with reactions from them. (he gets bullied?) And after that the dragon attacks, LF gets burnt. This is a coherent transition from a spy game to a full anime nonstop fighting in S8

They are, but for different reasons.

It´s a copytext, one that should spread in my opinion, even if it has it´s own weakpoints. Trial by combat would be off the table, since Tommen outlawed it by royal decree...adding to the fact, that I`m sure it´s a thing of the Seven, so you can screw yourself demanding it in the north.

Have Sansa swinging the sword and comically missing multiple times leaving deep wounds in his neck and head until he says, "Gosh, I'll do it my bloody self!"

>folkcore ed sheeran mashup of Hide and Seek and Rains of Castermere plays

bazinga
*embarassing background laughter*

Should have threatened him with a knife and then thrown him off a dragon

The 7 Kingdoms had a unified code of law, The Faith of the Seven was the official religion even if the Old Gods were more common in the North. Meaning that trial by combat would've been a thing.

That said, you're right Tommen did outlaw it. Though who knows if such a massive change would've reached all the way North.

The scene was already lost when it began. S1-6 Littlefinger would have done anything to take Bran of the board. When he didn´t act against the only person who obviously could see his every move (and anounced it directly to his face in the most autistic way) the whole thing was bound to come down in a shitty way.

Better ways:

a) Kill Bran (rendering his whole plot useless)
b) Kidnap Bran (because having an all seeing autist at your bidding isn´t the worst asset)
c) Fail at a) or b), giving the Stark´s some justification for their little show.

...

With current teleportations I bet it reached Sothoryos too

His death was perfect, only LFfags whine.

>The people who say that him groveling was out of character have misunderstood his character.
It's difficult to say if it's in character or out of character.

The only time we've seen him rused was with Tyrion, and he seemed pissed then. But he also wasn't about to die, and had no emotional attachment to Tyrion.

Littlefinger isn't a total coward though. He's not a fighter, but this is the same guy that challenged Brandon Stark to a duel to the death.

ye this desu. build a completely different plot where little finger behaves sensibly and smart. Sansa doesn't behave stupidly and shit is going on looks like littlefinger is getting ahead once again.

final ep - bran tells arya, he betrayed ned you know.

next scene littlefinger in his room. arya walks in and kills him. thats it.

> (OP)
The people who say that him groveling was out of character have misunderstood his character.
You sure?

>His death was perfect
Normally I would say you are trolling but the state of this board is embarrassing. So I will go with kys fgt

>a) information, that Sansa should have costed the Vale immediately (lying during the first hearing)
>implying any of the characters have enough of a brain to remember/actually care this

The people who make/repost these images are the same people who make/repost Sup Forums liegraphs. The amount of fallacy involved in this is just staggering, you must be brain dead.

(((you)))

You may now prove the fallacy involved in the point user raises.

Hardmode: You can only use the phrases "Sansa, save me" and "Escort me to the Vale"

what if they made shansha knee him in the balls until he died haha

Or maybe a shitposter on Sup Forums literally wrote something better than the highly-paid HBO writers while sitting in his underwear eating Doritos.

>pol/ liegraphs.
And like Sup Forums infographs, you have no arguments against it, so you just call it a lie.

>t. Showfag who doesn't understand anything other than surface level motivations presented in a shitty fantasy drama

t. Dan Weiss

DESU, book!LF IS a shallow little bitch, and dying like a bitch suits him quite well, even though I wouldn't want him to die.

It's just that this particular ark in the show was fucked up in every possible way - from logical, narrative, symbolical and emotional standpoints it's was an insultingly boring and pointless mess.

>Littlefinger, you shouldn't have trusted us, you know

>if i don't agree with it, it must be pol!!
i hate pol but i hate faggots like you even more
