and georgia at least has a shoreline to the ocean, and armenia as well as azerbaijan can easily acces it via stable roads all year round

Hence begins the biggest American bombing in history without open war with Laos.
They did ask for our govt to help with building roads but unless we deploy tons of engineering tanks with it I doubt our engineers will come back alive from road construction with all the explosives.

in comparison to Argentina and Chile your location is great, we are close to no important country or population center. If the important part of the world is the USA, Europe, India and China+Korea+Japan, then we have the worst location.
Australia at least is kinda near to China
