Best thread on Sup Forums right now.

He's the leader of the Mary Shu faction.

KOGMINNNNNG *spits blood*

2Cow best Kingdom.

Doubt many on Sup Forums have seen or even know about this show.

Still it raises awareness about the show and some might give it a try, making them hooked and joining the ranks of hating Liu Bei

;_;

Three Kingdoms was sort of big here.
I remember constant mentions on Sup Forums and Sup Forums

youtube.com/playlist?list=PLQgby8Rb0ImEP4108x04Feg2dBvuDADJG

>that part where they get way too paranoid and cut down all the innocent villagers by mistake

Why is he so perfect bros?
>you will never be a general under Cao Cao

>was
It was by one guy on Sup Forums and Sup Forums constantly shitposts about Dynasty Warriors.

Well, I've seen it and I've never even played Dynasty Warriors. It was pretty fucking great. Hard to hate a show that barely has a female in it. It actually got me interested into reading Chinese history and learning more about the language. Before Three Kingdoms I thought Chinese sounded like absolute dogshit.

>it's a Zhou Yu gets outsmarted by Zhuge Liang and dies of anger episode

Imagine being Cao Cao. Surrounded by massive idiots, yet most of the people following you are idiots too, so there's only so much you can do.

Why I can't find torrents for this show? Anyone has torrent for first season

...

You can find the episodes on Youtube

Lui Bei was always shit. Wu is the true kingdom. I really how they did them though

>Literally dying from being butthurt
this like happened 7 times.

I wish this was real. Sup Forums would stay contained then

>being so butthurt about a board that isn't even relevant to the thread. You'd probably just die with them tbqh.

Grrrk

*one small blood patch from mouth, orveracted crying*

>muh Sup Forums
Liu Gay in full force, I see

cao cao's motivational speech at 27:18 is pretty good

also team Sima Yi here

Was it autism?

bumper

Zhongda best boy

>hes a shu fan

>benevocucks

Who would Sup Forums cast in a whitewashed cast?

Idris as Liu Bei

>Hollywood ever making something with so few female characters

Cao cao had the best generals
>Zhang Liao
>Cao Ren
>Zhang He
>Xu Huang
>Yue Jin
Btfo everyone.

Idris Elba as Diaochan

Cao Cao
>Liam Neeson
Liu Bei
>Joaquin Phoenix
Sun Jian
>Sean Bean
Sima Yi
>William Dafoe
Lu Bu
>Batista

Paekche was the best kingdom

>Paekche
>three korean kingdoms
>sub-human koreans think anyone cares about their gay history
lmao Kim get back to playing starcraft

>Zhang Liao
>>Zhang He
>>Xu Huang

Only these three. Even Cao Ren was a giant fuck up

I like how they portray him as a complex character. Even that scene where he murders his dad's best friends household. It wasn't clear cut if they were going to turn him in or if he was just paranoid as fuck.

You look at his story as a whole and start to understand his motivations.

I don't think succseful people last long working with Cao Cao

You'd get used and abused

THERE IS A SERIES ABOUT IT!?

TELL ME MORE!!!!

>"they don't make enemy officers like they used to"

Only on episode 16 or so. When does Chinese Gimli die? He's kind of a retard.

yes :^)

I've tried watching it, but I can only find the videos listed on Jewtube and those are at like 480p. My eyes can't take it

Liu Bei a shit, Cao Cao best boi.

...

Come on bro, let me pass, just this once.
Like, remember that time I let you and those hoes crash at my crib? That kickass horse I gave you? Be cool dude.

>Muh Xiahou Dun not included
reee

>used and abused
Eh. If you're competent and useful he'll shower you with gifts and titles.
But if you're worthless or too ambitious you get the boot, regardless of success.

>wanting spoilers
You're not getting anything out of me.

tell me or else ill go on team liu bei

Xiahou Dun was the shit, but he wasn't a great commander. He got stomped every once in awhile. Superb administrator though apparently.

Do that and you're dead to me

Does this show have good fights?

Not the best, but good enough imo
youtube.com/watch?v=h2Hhw3-BrQ4

>tell me or else ill go on team liu bei
ok kid

If you go in looking for good fights you will be sorely disappointed. All the jumpcuts and shit almost make capeshit lovies look good.

What did he mean by this?

Can someone explain the hats with the arrow through them? They are funny looking and I want to know if they were a real thing.

>muh provisions

>watch 3 Kingdoms
>wake up angry at Zhuge Liang now
Also interesting that Peter Ho the actor that plays Lu Bu is a normal sized 6'1 but towers over everyone else

>sean jian

makes sense, considering how he dies early.

Court pagentry

>I want to know if they were a real thing.
Yep, they had hats with sideways thingies in them.

I mean, I understand the pageantry part, but do these specific hats have a name? I just want to know what an arrow through your head is supposed to represent.

Feels bad man.

pic of what I'm talking about

I think he wore lifts

>tfw he's my favourite Dynasty Warriors character
>He's only in it for two episodes then dies

Feels bad mang

Zhang Liao best three kingdoms

something i always wondered as well. no one seems to want or can explain the various different hats and their meanings.

I'm on episode 20-something and as much as I like the show, the fight scenes are absolute shit.

...

tbqh you watch it for the political intrigue, otherwise you're watching it wrong.

well best i could find was this

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hanfu

>these specific hats have a name
Eh, I dunno. They've always just been the officials-hat to me.
>arrow
It's not an arrow, it's... um a stick or pin.

I do watch it for the politics, but when you've got the likes of the legendary Lu Bu, those scenes just feel wasted.

Cool, thanks. This might not be exactly what I was thinking of, but maybe?
>Zhangokfutou (展角幞頭), lit. "Spread-Horn Head Cover", designed by the founder of Song Dynasty, with elongated horns on both sides in order to keep the distance between his officials so they couldn't whisper to each other during court assemblies. It was also later adapted by the Ming Dynasty, authorized for court wear.

>Song
That's 600 years after three kingdoms.
But, the Chinese rarely care much for accuracy when making semi-fantasy shows.

Chinks can't do historic action. It's all about that wuxia flying bullshit to them. Can't really do a thing about it.

Better wuxia fights like in The Hero and the like can be nice, but the flurry of zoom in/outs and cuts here is migraine inducing.

>it's a battle episode
>you have no idea who's winning
>you have no idea what's going on
Though I assume the battles were cut like that due to budgeting/schedule, as a lot of choreography and extras are needed.

In their defense, the budget for the entire 90 episode show was like half of one GoT season.

cao cao is reddit

F

shut your mouth heretic

better and hated for it?

Kill yourself

You call him reddit and despise him, yet Cao Cao remains unaffected.

...

>Dynasty Warrior autist
makes sense

>absolute kino in the 2nd episode
