Only 25 years ago it was devastated by dictator rule, but now Chilean people live better than Greece, Portugal and Italy, we're not even talking about Latin America. By the way did you know that Chile has the 2nd highest life expectancy in the Americas behind only Canada? And they even have TWO Nobel Prizes for Literature? And that Chile was the only South American country that was allowed to join the OECD, which is LITERALLY reserved for the most developed countries in the world?
