What is the best bond films from best to worst?

...

Anything with Dalton goes immediately to the bottom of the list.

Casino Royale is the best film in the Bond series, but not the best "Bond" film.
If that makes sense.

How To Bump a Thread is my favorite Bond

From Russia with Love is objectively the best Bond movie, while Live and Let Die is my personal favorite.

Casino Royale is trash and the acclaim it receives confounds me, but I suppose it's slightly better than say A View to a Kill or Tomorrow Never Dies

Casino Royale is absolutely without a doubt The Greatest James Bond Film Ever Made.

Then Connery
Dalton
OHMSS
Goldeneye

Martin Campbell wrote and directed Goldeneye AND Casino Royale.
He also directed the Mask of Zorro.
How can one man be so based?

It's a shame the rest of the Moore era was garbage.

Best:
1. From Russia With Love
2. The Living Daylights
3. Casino Royale (Craig)

Worst:
1. Die Another Day
2. Octopussy
3. Skyfall

He truly is an awe inspiring man.

patrician right here

Octopussy is underrated as fug, although I admit the clown scene was a mistake

OHMSS featuring George Strayan at #1

Two best Bonds are Die Another Day and Man With The Golden Gun

Come at me faggots

both are quite entertaining and far better than any of the Craig movies

Also Nick Nack is one creepy little fuck

Agreed user, solitaire (or was it domino) was the most underrated bond girl. What a qt

Solitaire

Domino is from Thunderball

Casino Royale is worst. Even at 1.5x speed it bored me.

Moonraker is best.

From Russia With Love
Casino Royale
OHMSS
Goldeneye
The Living Daylights

Don't know about the rest, but Diamonds Are Forever is worst

I thought For Your Eyes Only was surprisingly good

From Russia with Love
Casino Royale
For Your Eyes Only
Goldeneye

special mentions go to OHMSS for having a small set of locales, a small cast, and a fucking killer synth soundtrack; and to the man with the golden gun for the shooting gallery scenes. these films have no other redeeming qualities.

i really can't question a personal favourite when i like some of these, but live and let die? really? you had whisper, arms, son of boatman, the dumbest villain reveal ever, bond in harlem, a stupid assassination with the UN headpiece, HALF AN HOUR OF BOAT CHASE, whisper fucking exploding, the laughable american sheriffs, for what? a failed crocodile execution? the juju man and his snakes? that was cool. maybe solitaire and her cards, if you ignore the fact that bond went out and bought a full fucking set's worth of a single card to rig the deck? paul mccartney's wings didn't even do a good theme song, it was all over the place.
i might be overlapping the boat chase and crocodile river parts here but that's because the fucking sheriff returned for goldengun or whichever one visited thailand.

The worst one is objectively Moonraker.

I agree that the title song is mediocre, but I love everything else about Live and Let Die. The villains are memorable, the lead Bond girl is both drop dead gorgeous and a sympathetic character, locations are great, and while the boat chase is a bit long I think it's brilliant.

Oh, and the crocodile scene is my favorite scene in any Bond movie. Incredible stunt, where the handler ran on their heads for real. Not surprising many people think it's fake, but it's not.

Just like how most people don't realize the jetpack scene in Thunderball used an actual jetpack and pilot

AVTAK is awful but the rest are good, even Moonraker

The only bad part about Moonraker is the product placement, and even that's done in a funny way.

The worst is actually You Only Live Twice

>god-tier theme and score
>Bond in Japan
>dat volcano lair

I like it, and no way is it worse than TND or AVTAK

Gotta love 8 pussies though.

>worst:
spectre

>best
living daylights
from russia with love
goldeneye

I fucking hated spectre because it looked like a moffat late-season dr who or sherlock episode. Unlike with a regular bad Bond movie like DaD, it made me just want to give up on the series entirely
