I feel like Bill Hicks had no idea how a fault line works, or at least refused to amidst his rage over his bad vacation. California would experience a downfall no doubt, but it wouldn't be the fairy tale shit you saw in 2012 or San Andreas. It wouldn't LITERALLY fall into the ocean.
