communism is the great Death, destroyer of worlds

Well why do you live in shoebox apartments in capitalistblocks ?

Not everyone can afford this, although iirc suburbs are becoming somewhat of a thing as China develops.

Also commieblocks arnt all that bad, their kind of necessary in cities for example

That doesn't look traditional at all, it looks like an American-style McMansion with Chinese stylings

>Traditional Japanese houses look comfy too.
>Why do they live in capitalist blocks again?

Only difference is that China doesn't have stupid mandates to forcing tear down and rebuilting of buildings every few years to subsidize a large construction industry because they don't build their capital under 3 tectonic plates.

American style suburbs are being built up in China. I've invested
Hoping to make it commonplace in like 10 years. They have the land, just don't have the idea

Jap is not humans. we don't need human level quality of life.

The lower part kind of is

Traditional Chinese houses kind of look like Rome's ones

Chinks are even less so

You're right. In China all the buildings collapse naturally!

T.death camp enabler

I think overpopulation has to do with it

Island rebel Chinks are quite a bit better than commie mainland Chinks

Because 42% of Chinese still live in rural huts, makeshift buildings, and caves.

culture of crowd

Looks kind of filthy.

Would be a problem if they collapsed unnaturally.

They’re literally the same. Most of Taiwan’s population is from the Mainland within three generations.

Turns out that getting US economic aid makes people rich. And rich people can afford food and education.

Hi gaijin-san, Japanese never call themselves "jap".

A Siheyuan isn't really just a house, tho.

Why are they posing with a blank piece of paper?

True, but I'm just saying it kinda looks like the one in OP's picture

When Chruschev came to the states and he saw the way americans live in their own private houses he thought that this idea was ridiculous as "you can fit much more people in one building without wasting so much space"
There is your answer

do you love mainland china

I'm just visiting my cousins here, they seem at least more positive about the mainland as opposed to the dpp, although that isn't saying much.

Don't talk to me.

Russia could have been so great...

deprecated craft skills, building expenses and maintenance costs

also pre-1900 buildings tend to be awful for modernization because they're laid out in a completely different manner, even 1930s buildings can be a pain when upgrading things like electrics

While you have your flag sure and thank for being greatest ally

Yes, because in a free market country people don't go to great lengths to all be cramped up in some shoebox in New York while rural areas are neglected.

I mean the Chinese communists went through a period of actively destroying their culture before 1949, but yeah

You mean the culture of a privileged few?

It's because people have forgotten how the majority of the people had to live and rather romanticize the past instead.
