What if animals did people things!

>What if animals did people things!

This was the laziest Disney movie I've ever seen.

Frozen was the one that started this trend considering both this movie and Frozen tripled the budget Disney was expecting

Now Disney will expect a loss from Moana since its essentially Samoan Pocahontas

See, it's a clever metaphor for prejudice.
Instead of the world being against he because she's a female trying to make it in a man's world, it's because she's a bunny

I had fun watching it. Thought it was okay.

Still wanted to fuck the sheep more than the bunny

And predator mammals are jews/black people and prey mammals are germans/the white devil.

This is the laziest bait I've ever seen.

It was an alright movie, but not as amazing as people seemed to immply it was.

That was in the SJW version where you had to pity the fox.

In the final one you rooted for the bunny in a city where animals badmouthed each other.

It's liberal brainwashing, I wouldn't let my kids watch this garbage

Do you think it'll take best animated feature?

I liked it, the liberals were the bad guys and the ending showed that affirmative action is a bad thing and everyone should be judged on their individual merits.

/thread

Are you kidding? These geezers don't watch "cartoons", Moana will get the statue, it's closer to ceremony.

Shame. I'm hoping for either this or Kubo -- but I know the latter isn't safe and shiny enough to babysit the judges' kids, which is the real deciding factor.

People sure are edgy this thread.

Make up your minds, Conservitards.

I just wanted to watch a cute movie about cute fluffy characters
If I wanted to watch an actual animal attempt to do basic human actions, I'll ask your mom to make me a sandwich

What do you think sequel could be about?

Judy getting gangbanged for an hour and a half.

It's actually the highest grossing animated movie from an original script.

Gentrification. The very concept of democracy. Civil engineering. Something to do with mainting the artificial ecosystems. The palm tree casino. Pred/prey romantic rela- HAHA just kidding.

Yeah, no one is disillusioned anymore, that would only cheapen value of the movie.

i love how in the documentary about their idea you see a sjw turn around and interject her ideas about socialism and gender studies or whatever. Fucking garbage movie.

>original script
>90% of the plot was taken from 80s buddy cop movies, especially 48 hours

Not to mention, shes not nearly as fappable as Hopps.

You should stop judging everyone by their political views, you're just like that sheep in the movie!

>you're just like that sheep in the movie!
The author of all your pain?

>Not wanting to grab onto those amazing fucking hips
0/10 post.

and most successful animated feature

I like how nothing of that is in the final movie and you're an idiot blowing shit out of proportion more and more as time goes on. It was a few people throwing ideas and opinions, this is how those brain trusts work. But in two months it's gonna be a squad if neoliberal third wave feminists being executive antipatriarchy consultants for the screenwriter.

The joke is, nothing translates directly to our world and both prey and predators are subject of discrimination. Most cops are preds, the mayor is a pred. But preds are minority and prey animals tend to be afraid of them. Then the prey are a majority, but it was a sheep hired for the votes and a bunny ("cute" is our word, you shouldn't use it) hired by an inculsion initiative. But that bunny is prejudiced against foxes. But it' the buffalo chief who does not want a bunny under his command only because she is a bunny. The lines are blurry and that's the point.

If you read the reviews carefully you can clearly see those few SJW ones being confused why it does not translate to our world on 1 to 1 proportions (some even gave it a bad review because they thought that "the movie lost it's moral"), when in reality the movie took a more "realistic" route of actually noticing that there would be mamy more and more subtle divides in such a diverse animal world and focused on bias in general, not bias against a single group (which would make no logical sense and would make the plot Ferngully levels of patronising and bad). This is how you spot an idiot - he can't get that Zootopia, in the end, turned out to be as objective and smart in it's moral as you can get. The final speech is the perfect example, saying that WE ALL have faults and fears and bias, but it is something WE ALL have in common. And that's why the movie is good, it takes no sides, just asks us to not to be dicks.

No.The movie was good.

but it was BEFORE they spoiled it by showing how it was made, maybe it taught them something, maybe not (Moana is a strong independent princess so I guess it didn't). Should keep it under the lid.

>48 hours was original and did not use ideas that were overused decades before it
Oh, you sweet uncultured pleb. There are no new ideas for a story, that number is finite. It's all about the execution and nuances.

They spoiled the movie by showing how their initial ideas were bad and did not get into the final script? By showing that they had to turn the movie by 180 to make it work? By acknowledging that Rich Moore and David Lasseter, and not those people with an agenda to put on film no matter the cost for the story, are the true heroes of Zootopia?

Yeah, I disagree. If anything it showed how well the current production model works and how it can save a movie from flopping. And Moana will be a funny, inoffensive and cute movie with songs, very much like Tangled (and hopefully better than Frozen).

if you think I am ungrateful you're wrong. Sent the big guy an old fashioned letter with thanks, maybe I assumed some things wrong, but thanked him for bringing right people to save the project, without looking for culprits.
Maybe he got it, or not,who knows.
Ignorance is bliss, that's all.

and I bieleve Moore taught us to think outside of the box, bless this guy
