Anways, there is an ocean of information about elite Chinese culture but those ancient people didn't care that much recording pleb culture (like most places) apart from stuff like the Classic of Poetry. We can definitely get a sense of this past though from some modern popular practices (geomancy, festivals, Daoism, temples, etc).
