Say something nice about the DCEU.

Ben is a Good Batman
Henry could be good if he didn't have to deal with Snyder & Friends' BS

It's better than the MCU.

Superman struggles should always be emotional. This is the first time we saw Clark being an actual reporter.

First flight is the best superman escene we had ever had.

I've been enjoying it's fans meltdowns

>First flight is the best superman escene we had ever had.
I guess if you are 12 or something.

This. Plus his theme's cool too.

The casting is generally pretty solid.

All the guys are pretty hot

Faora

music's pretty good

So far, it hasn't been formulaic and I feel like I don't really know what to expect when I'm going into the movies. My horribly low expectations for them also probably lead to me enjoying them more than I think I will.

First flight and this is my world are incredibly strong superman scenes and songs.

Their scores are great

The opening scene in Man of Steel was alright.

So far the casting's solid and the general aesthetics of the films can be cool.

Shame the movies themselves are shit, even for capeshit.

Over 3 minutes of greatness!
This is just sad.

It will die and be replaced by a new attempt eventually.

If you like Jesus allegories you will like it!

Batfleck is great, even if the material he's being subjected to isn't.

I liked the guy where the thing was the place. I only got a half hour of sleep last night.

It didn't give me herpes.

It will have Dr. Poison in it.

They managed to make a film without Batman or Luthor in it.
Just one, but it's progress.

Faora was literally perfect.

Lex was actually evil. Not a koll badass villian, but someone that you could hate, a pure cunt

Costume design has been mostly pretty good so far.

Music, while not as good as its defenders claim it to be, has given us a few good songs, like What Are You Going to Do When You Aren't Saving the World? and WW's theme (even though I think the latter doesn't really suit her much at all).

The Smallville and Zod fights, while being nonsensical destruction porn, were at least cool fights.

The first flight scene was great.

Faora was legitimately cool and memorable.

Visuals are pretty cool.

Suicide Squad mostly had great versions of the characters, they were just in a bad movie.

>while being nonsensical destruction porn

>2 gods fighting in a city
>don't destroy everything

One day Zack Snyder will die.

He died for our sins.

Hans zimmer

I really do like Wilkinson's costume design.

I honestly find Man of Steel to be a more interesting film than most MCU projects.

It looks cool
Being dead serious here.

In the cross for your pleb sins m8.

Can't say that about Victor and Batfleck isn't my cup of tea even when he was young, but (mostly) this.

You can get up and take a shit during the plot exposition, and in the end the film might be even MORE enjoyable for it.

Luthor is the main Superman villain, dating back to the Golden Age. There are certainly more power-set heavy villains like Brainiac or the quasi-villains (Mxy, Bizarro) but none of them really have the history Lex has with Clark. So him being a focal point of the film versions makes perfect sense.

Focal point of six of seven films though?

batfleck was well executed

aquaman and flash are shaping up to be rather interesting

love the higher degree of realism and edginess

All their costumes look great. Yes, even the flash one.

Costume design is leaps and bounds better than Marvel stuff.

Movies have a really nice aesthetic overall

Great and memorable scores

First flight in MoS

I personally think MoS is a great movie, not much positive to say about BvS and SS though.

Well cast overall

I'm looking forward to Aquaman

Most of the costumes look pretty good, and Cavill looks perfect as superman.

>This is the first time we saw Clark being an actual reporter.
If we ignore The Late Mr Kent and all of Lois and Clark, sure.

ITT: "It shure does looks perty"

>Yes, even the flash one.
7/10

Literally not kidding here memester. The DCEU Flash costume looks great compared to the rubber low-budget CW one.

The aesthetics for MoS and BvS were cool. The movies felt like the kind of thing I would have absolutely loved as a kid. The Donner Superman movies and 90's Batman never really connected with me when I was young, even though I really wanted to enjoy them. Something about the way Snyder makes his movies feel, I think I would have been crazy about it.

But unfortunately they only came into existence when I had already become this jaded empty husk of an adult.

So I may not be a fan of them as the person I am now, but I know that for a certain audience those movies are exactly what they want to see.

Maybe material wise, but asthetically it's awful
