What a coincidence! Our coins also have nothing but national animals on them.

I have those bottom 6 that make up the shield. They're pretty neato.

Collecting our currency? Nice work Canada

My grandfather had a coin collection of old British coins - when I was young (maybe 10 or so) my grandma showed them to me and I tried to calculate the value of them all. We had a book that showed values over time so I looked up each one and wrote down what it said the value was.

None of them were massively valuable but some were worth a few bob. They're probably worth a little more now, since that was 15 years ago. And the book I was using was probably a bit old too.

It was mostly coins from the early 20th century if I remember. Coins with George V on them, things like that.

All the currency I'll ever need right here.

Have an assortment of coins here

...

Oh it's this guy again.

The guy that's either from Asia-Pacific, or the African Regional Intellectual Property Organisation.

...

The madman, he actually went back in time and did it!

How many hookers does this get me?

The biggest silver one with "Liberty" in the bottom left, is that a "silver dollar"?

And the leftmost coin, also American, is that a quarter? Didn't know they were that big

we call it monopoly money

True dough really took that to heart, huh?

So basically one US dollar

>Money is literally lgbt

I hate that the rainbow is now a gay thing btw, but man... I'm glad i'm not Canadian.

>we call it monopoly money
The plastic bills are great for huffing lines though
>unrelated pic

Largest one is an Eisenhower dollar, not silver. I believe silver coins stopped being minted in 1961.

Other coin is a Kennedy half-dollar.

sure did dog

two US dollars

none, it's not used anymore.

pic: brazil was called United States of Brazil before, but we thought that was a really stupid name so we changed to Federative Republic of Brazil

>no pink bill
that's very homopbopic if you ask me

Here's some colonial currency (prior to 74) for all different colonies, from the imperial bank back in the day (Banco Nacional Ultramartino)

american bills work just as good

>nothing but nationals animals

cant even save this flag

Ah alright, thanks mang

It's the Eisenhower dollar coin that was released as part of a set of coins to commemorate our bicentennial.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Bicentennial_coinage

The United States stopped producing silver coinage in 1964. Everything after that has been copper-nickel clad, with the exceptions being these bicentennial coins.

>Not enjoying classic American large bills.

Get on my level you shitbags.

These are awesome coins desu.

this is our money today
it has different sizes so blind people can't be deceived

Sooooo much win

check this bill's digits

I have a bunch of Medieval Arab silver coins found in a Viking grave

...

obligatory

way cool

...

checked

thanks

...

...

they used to be an irish thing. odd how we can assign an optical phenomenon to a country or a collection of faggots.

...

Roman coin, 40 AD

holy shit, did the vikings fight the arabs too? gosh, where haven't they been?!

the woman that appears in our money is a relative of Columbia from US, Britannia from UK and Marianne from France.

>holy shit, did the vikings fight the arabs too? gosh, where haven't they been?!

they mainly were traders, amber, fur, Slavic blonde qts...

>found in a Viking grave
>removing them

Lucilda Blackletter is such a nice font

Our old ones were better desu.

cool, which emperor is that?

oh you poor fuckers. even when she's gone you'll have to look at her.

...

Was actually wrong from what I was told about it. It is a bronze coin of Diocletian, this is the reverse side

>>found in a Viking grave
>>removing them

it was a whole stash with hundreds of coins, since my mom's friend (who found them) is a certified archeologist, he was allowed to keep half of this find, and he donated me those eight pieces.

If it was 40 AD that would've been Caligula.

More like

this is a good bread

nice. I got that coin from my mom's friend who is an archeologist and found hundreds of those...

I collect all kinds of currency. I just got those from an exchange once.

Here's some of the cooler looking ones. Slovenia, Croatia, Hong Kong, Belize, an American loonie, and some other randoms.

...

...

Canada no, that's insensitive.

The one on the right is a sloth, so, fail.

...

Is this some sort of commemorative coin?

I have one of those Swiss gold 20 Francs coins, minted in 1946 or 1947 but marked with 1935, to his the fact they were getting rid of huge amounts of Nazi gold and turning it into bullion coins.

next time make a thread about currencies AND stamps... I don't like currencies

>a fucking leaf penny from 1941

I thought the FUCKING LEAF was a recent thing randomly chosen for your flag in the 60s.

It's 100% fake.

>HUE REAL
>HUE

No, the maple leaf is a national symbol, hence why it was put on the flag. There's been a maple leaf on the flag since Confederation.

its no coin, its a medal

>It's 100% fake.

still interesting, made in NS Germany or after WW2?

top kek

silver coins

>Not enjoying gold and silver.

Get out.

>is actually American Military

gold coins

being a leaf seems like a fate worse than death

>all ghandi
Christ, no wonder his shitty family runs everything there, he's probably close to a demigod.

Sad.

>Real

As opposed to fake? What a shitty anti-counterfeiting measure

>oh fuck, the aussies are awake again. time to sleep
it means "royal"
