She's underrated. One thing about her is that she's supposed to be fashion designer right? How come Van Dyne isn't thrown around the Marvel universe more? It could be used as a general go to for fashion stuff. Like having Mary Jane model for Van Dyne Brands.
But the bigger thing is she should be designing outfits for heroes. That should be her thing. Like that character in the Incredibles. She has her own stuff, but she spends a lot of time consulting and working with other heroes to make them outfits.
Fashion is underappreciated in comics. I love Victoria Secret's fashion shows and all those crazy wings and outfits they have just scream "SUPER HERO" to me. I think there is a lot of untapped potential with Janet.
Earth's Mightiest Heroes showed how underrated she is too.
