Not sure if I'm depressed but what medication can help with anxiety, some days I feel like I'm panicking for no reason, this has to be a chemical imbalance right?
Ask your doctor about Trazodone. It's quite mild in comparison to other medications, helps with anxiety and doesn't mess with your libido.
