I figured it out america. The answer to all of our problems. Instead of electing representatives, we should be able to choose which party gets to tax us, and only that party gets to spend our tax money. No vote. Each peron chooses for themselves. It's the perfect taxation with representation.
Everyone would give their money to the party with less taxes, who spent the money well. Problem solved.

The black community is a collectivist culture. Most blacks enjoy the same hobbies and music and try to pressure other blacks into adopting the same beliefs. Anyone who doesn't follow suit is labeled as "acting white" and shunned by the whole community.
One of the traits the black community has is voting Democrat. They don't think about the issues; it's just the party you're supposed to vote for if you are black. There is never any discussion on either party's merits.

Trump has been labeled a racist over and over for a year, Hispanics have somewhat gotten over it with a 30% voting for him but blacks hear the word "racist" and foam at the mouth. They believe everything you tell them as long as its ridiculous.

Black Christians (at least sometimes) vote for the conservative candidate. Some are able to recognize that a pro-abortion political tent basically contradicts their spiritual beliefs in every way. Some even call the intentional murder of literally millions of black fetuses genocide.

From the exit poll demographics I've seen, 95% - 98% of black people vote Democrat. So not literally "all", sure, but at least 19 out of 20 will.
I think it comes down to the Democrats essentially buying black votes by promising government benefits.
The problem, and what black people need to wake up to, is that these benefits ultimately keep black people down.
Like welfare. Who qualifies for welfare? Single moms get it. Married parents of the same income do not qualify as easily as a single mom. This is literally why so many black children have no fathers: it's to their financial benefit to not have a father, unless he really makes bank -- bank enough to more than make up for what the single mother will receive from welfare.
It's not seen as worth it to have an intact black family in the hood because of these Democrat programs.
And the next generation of fatherless black people will encounter the same situation.
And the next.
And the next.
Democrats found a new way to enslave black people and it's genius because the black people keep voting for it to happen.
Trump is trying to wake them up, and maybe he has a chance. Really it should be black leaders saying this but they get their bread buttered by the Democrats, too. It's hard to find a black man with status who's willing to stand up and say what needs to be said.
Until then, Trump is their only chance.

That would be such a mess. You'd have two autonomous, contradictory governing bodies controlling one area of land.
What if I want to grow pot? I'd have to pay the Democrat police for that but they wouldn't let me have guns. Do I have to hire non-smokers who pay the Republican police to guard my crop? Can they be arrested for carrying guns on a Democrat taxpayer's land?
What about infrastructure? Who builds that? Democrats or Republicans? If one party wants to block a project but the other doesn't, how in the hell do you decide that? What's to stop the Democrats from building a massive medical center for kids who want sex changes? Can I drive Democrat contraband on a Republican road?

i agree with what you say. The reason it'll never change is because the primary beneficiary of what you speak of is the the Black Woman. She (i dare say most) are fully aware of all the extra power they now hold.
Black America is fully Matriarchal. Think about that for a sec. They are just ahead of the rest of america in this regard by 2 or 3 decades. White america is soon to follow. Now that a woman can choose -at will- which men will give her a baby, and when to make this man a legal slave for 2-3 decades, and gets to have zero societal shame from doing this... there is no going back. The only thing that has thus far prevented White america from becoming fully matriarchal is tradition and religious shame. Tradition and Religious Shame disappeared somewhere inbetween Murphy Brown, Will & Grace, and internet porn.
