Halloween is approaching, with no confirmed release date for season 3, but i will still watch 1 and 2 again this october. Which season did you like better? I prefer the first. It was a bit disjointed, but it balanced the comedy and horror much better than 2, which consisted of mostly fart jokes.
Please for the love of god, tell me season 3 is being delayed because Raimi is hard at work directing a handful of episodes, and making them scary. The comedy should be used more sparingly, as a relief from the scares.
Jackson Moore
Watchable, sometimes enjoyable.
Nolan Bell
Ash is such a great character. I worry that he's trapped within the confines of this show and won't be in any movies anymore. Ash should be in movies, he shouldn't die on a backwater cable TV show.
Eli Richardson
Pretty good stuff. I would've preferred it if they'd killed of Mexican and Girl after the first season though.
Jose Wilson
But if he was in films they would reboot him into some 20 something year old faggot just so he could be shirtless for most films.
Adam Thompson
>it balanced the comedy and horror much better than 2
Neither season had a good balance at all. They did not even bother trying to keep it in the style of neither either ED1 or ED2. I get the second film didn't take itself as seriously but it wasn't a complete fucking joke in every scene. I don't understand why it's difficult for them to keep it it somewhat serious just so the audience has something to invest it. I don't give a shit about the supporting characters, I never feel they are ever in any real danger, the storylines constantly go from okay to mediocre, and the amount of CGI in it is disgusting considering it was a franchise built on practical effects. I have faith that Raimi can turn it around and make it much better but for now it's obnoxious as fuck and the only reason I continue to watch it is for based Bruce.
Henry Cook
Isn't Bruce Campbell 70 something now
Jordan Flores
They fired the show runner that felt the need to squeeze bathroom and Reddit tier jokes into every episode.
Robert Gomez
Theres hardly any CGI though.
Jonathan Scott
Ash NEEDS to be a loner. He can't be hanging around the other two nobodies because that beats the purpose of his fight with evil. He needs to suffer in order to overcome.
Cameron Price
He's almost 60
Isaac Lewis
so basically 70
Luke Harris
>hardly any CGI most of the fucking demon villains are completely CGI. You have to be completely blind to not notice all the CGI in it.
Justin Murphy
Ash has grown soft in his old age. AoD Ash would have abandoned Kelly and Pablo a while ago
Ethan Turner
das rite
Owen Russell
Maybe my memory is foggy but the only demon villain coming to mind is Eligos, and he wasn't CGI.
Jacob Torres
It must be very foggy.
Cooper Rogers
Eligos is literally a dude in a suit, you fucking mongoloid. The demon children or whatever were CGI though, I'll give you that.
Owen Williams
Would a film featuring Ash be bankable though? Studio heads would want to de-age him
John Bell
It's Sam Raimi. Studios would be begging just to have him
Christian Martinez
Pretty good. I don't really like any of the characters other than Ash though.
I also don't know how I feel about the deadites/Evil Force taking a backseat to Bhaal and the demon kids. At least Bhaal gave us some fun episodes though.
Nolan Young
Baal is a garbage as fuck character. Looks like bootleg version of evil Coop from Twin Peaks.
Joshua Jenkins
Ben Stillers Mexican son was growing on me by season 2, I felt bad when I thought they killed him off
Samuel Russell
This. She's not a great actor. Doesn't hurt the show much though.
Luke Robinson
I agree he's a bad character, but I liked the episode where he traps them in the police house and the one where he tries to make Ash believe he's insane.
Parker Watson
They play Ash dumb as fuck sometimes but then he turns around and is strong enough to not be manipulated by a literal demon. I like that he has moments of brilliance and that he makes friend and foe underestimate him.
Zachary Butler
I guess he's seen enough to know better by now.
Connor Rogers
>aging badass demon hunter reduced to babysitting a bunch of kids
Dylan Miller
The morgue episode in Season 2 where Ash ends up in the ass of a corpse is pretty fucking awesome. The show has potential but its way to fucking retarded. Still it is watchable though.
