The wolves' mother was killed by a Stag (an omen for being killed at least in part by Robert), Grey Wind was murdered at the red wedding and beheaded, Ghost went off to the night's watch, Lady was punished by the Lannister's for something her family did, Nymeria went off on her own, and Summer and Shaggy dog don't count because they died in the show (and D&D are too fucking dumb to get it).
