Tenchi Muyo is amazing.

>character tosses something small out the window
>Car_Crash07.wav
>Bonus points: there's police tape at the edge of the shot when they leave the building afterwards

>close up detail shot
>quick sound effect like a squish or a duck quack

Season 4 is coming out in13 days heads up ova 4.

agreed.. but you didn't exactly post a good example
you'll forgive me for being unexcited given how all post-90s tenchi has been

>Character throws something away
>Cat screech.mp3

>Anything crashes
>Wheel rolling away.mp4
>Bonus points if no cars were involved

Meant to post this famalam

>Character throws something
>it hits the 'camera'
>'camera' falls to the ground and a knocked-out cameraman collapses in front of it

>character throws something offscreen
>glass/window shattering noise

That and ed, edd and eddy's soundwork.

>Cute character try their best to hold in their anger
>A big burst of rage comes out

>When a cartoon makes a reference to something that isn't extremely mainstream and you get immediately.

This whole fucking movie is GOAT.

better

Did they rotoscope the shots of the limbs? The way they bulge and shift is kind of uncanny.

it wasn't rotoscoped senpai

oh... oh my

I'll be in my bunk

>Watching Looney Tunes
>Old-timey actors like Humphrey Bogart and Bing Crosby in the background

Ryoko is my waifu

>Big scary looking guy
>Woodland critters flock to him to play

Hands off she's mine

Has there ever been a cartoon that has the standard get-on-each-other's-nerves/just-fuck-already couple be the focus of an episode and then at the end it is revealed they are already married and have children?

HE FUCKED A TREE

>being this bigoted
wow its 2016, trees are funny get over it

I'm just stating a fact

>cut to closeup on character making a goofy expression
>squeaky toy noise

being bigoted is not a fact user its racist and something an alt righter would say, are you an alt righter?

>Montage/series of scenes in rapid succession.
>One of them in a split-second is something ridiculous and with zero context.

>Character moves
>WhipCrack.wav

>cartoon uses jojo as a reference
glad to see at least some western cartoonist still have taste

An unlikeable character, (or ritchbitch, or miss perfect) gets what she deserves, or just because it's funny. Usually involving getting something on her or them. Throw a pie, drop her into a pit of mud, toss her into the lake, blow her the furthest out, etc. Her because they can't hit the girls in cartoons and the inventiveness of the revenge is all the more satisfying and sometimes her own fault.
(they had a chocolate AND cheese fountain in the lobby, but spend the episode redeeming Pacifica? le' sigh.)

>it's an episode seen through the eyes of the entire cast
>takes up the full half hour
Alternatively
>it's a mystery episode that takes up a full half hour

...

Pretty rare but
>Band/Concert episodes
>The m/c has a fight in the background back stage while the performer finally sings
>The end of the song concludes with m/c dropping their opponent hard

>Corruption episode
>Kid starts hanging out with rich spoiled brats because they like her, slowly brainwash and indoctrinate her into their lifestyle and way of thinking until shes as vapid and vain as them
>With a new matching wardrobe to boot
This is my fetish

You think Tsunami is odd?
He had triplets with Ryo-Ohki!

>character does something that involves theme music
>perspective shifts to someone that's a ways away from the character
>the theme music can still be heard, albeit muffled

Mother Above, I wish I could find an example but for the life of me my mind is drawing a blank.

Only one I can think of right now, but yeah, that shit always gets me.

That episode of beast wars where Rattrap is using a pedal powered submarine. It starts playing this happy march, then it cuts back to another character who can actually hear the music over the radio.

Vegisexuals go home!
