Those Indians whopped some honkey ass today I'll tell you what...

youtube.com/watch?v=kuZcx2zEo4k

>protest to protect land that isn't theirs

Literally why?

wtf I hate the (((news))) now!

>isn't theirs

ishygddt

Everyone has guns in America but you never see them used, never.
Isn't this exactly the scenario where people should be using guns to protect themselves from dogs and shit?
I hate hippies as much as the next guy but from what I've seen from this whole thing the company is encroaching on tribal land without permission.
Private security firms setting dogs on protesters isn't in any way legal.

It's not

It looks like the indians got bit by dogs and pushed around. Whites win again.

source

If they shoot guns they'll be swatted and be out gunned and most likely die or go to prison. It's not worth it.

>Bandy Ranch
OMG so redpilled such freedom much 2nd amendment
>This
SUBHUMAN INDINIGGERS REEEEEE

TUBRL tier mental gymnastics

...

the bulldozer, thugs with pepper spray and attack dogs left in retreat.. that doesn't appear to be a victory for them..

Right of conquest when the American government took it. The injuns lost it, fair and square.

We signed treaty's with them.. we are dishonorable if we break them.. honor our treaty

Chief sitting on oil pipes can go blow a peace pipe.

>hundreds of tribes
There's not even 100 people in that damn picture

NOW THIS IS PROTESTING

Private security aren't cops though.
They don't work for the federal government, they aren't in the police or military, surely they have no legal protection in this scenario where they're setting dogs on people and getting into fist fights.
People have a right to protest by law, what is the legality of civilian security contractors with no authority or jurisdiction fighting them?

Greek negro, if India attacks you, unless your Euro bros come, you will be fucking dead bitch.

You guys are having a lot of trouble keeping your natives under control.

...

I too believe that we should overthrow the corrupt jewish media.

This. Good for the natives. Fuck big oil.

Jews

>implying millenials have honor

Indians can't own guns on reservations. They killed each other over petty tribal bullshit too much and got them taken away. The second amendment doesn't apply to them, they're sovereign nations.

DESIGNATED

>honor a treaty with people who scalp people and cannibalize them

Fuck off jew

The corporations got BTFO today and that's a good thing

We signed the treaties to stop the killing...from both sides..

we must fully honr the treaties we signed with the native peoples.. its a matter of justice and for our own good.. people who break treaties lose the right to expect agreements made with them to be kept.. its a two way street.

They have valid concerns about pollution from pipeline spills these happen regularly and destroy local water supplies for years.

Even if it costs the oil companies millions of extra dollars they must be forced to route any pipelines well away from all natural water sources anywhere near populated lands whether they be native owned or US held..

if they don't build the pipeline they'll just ship more oil by rail, which is more dangerous for the environment than a pipeline anyway and involves digging up land to lay tracks anyway, and nobody will stop a rail line from being built.

>two way street
>implying spear throwers have a chance against Apache helicopters (this isn't Civilization)

Oh, that sucks then.
I've been reading articles and seems to me like their complaints are completely valid.

>The pipeline is currently waiting on a decision from a colonel in the army corps of engineers, who oversees such projects, on whether Dakota Access will be granted a permit to proceed, according to Dallas Goldtooth, a Keep It In The Ground campaign organizer for the Indigenous Environmental Network. The tribes are petitioning for an environmental impact study, which has not at this point been done, into the pipeline.

So they don't actually have permission to start work yet, but they're doing it anyway, and they've not done the environmental impact study that was requested either.

What kind of legal protection does private security have in this scenario? I can see those dogs weren't trained for shit, fucking faggots acting like a badass K-9 unit while having zero control over their animals. Putting a vest you got off Ebay on the mutt doesn't make it a police dog if you didn't train the fucking thing first.

the savages can whine all the want

they don't have to run the pipelines near water supplies.. even if it costs them millions in additional expenses they can find pathways wherever pipe ruptures can not pollute waterways or aquifers.

Why are they against the pipe-line?

>hands up don't shoot faggotry at the end
Jesus.

people like you are cancer to this country. please die off already.

>Indians can't own guns on reservations. They killed each other over petty tribal bullshit too much and got them taken away. The second amendment doesn't apply to them, they're sovereign nations.
TOPKEK! You don't know what you're talking about...

The US is becoming a joke

Is there anything we can do without "offending" all minorities?

Let's look at the facts of the situation instead of listening to yet another retarded American spout baseless shit.

The land the pipeline is on is privately owned and the pipeline was approved by the U.S. army corps of engineers for construction.

The tribes are protesting because apparently some of the land that the pipeline is going on has some of their culture's sacred sites. Instead of buying the land themselves in the past, they built casinos and got shitfaced and are now complaining because they didn't spend their money wisely to protect their sacred homeland and want the left to get rid of the big bad bully oilman.

The second front which they're using to complain with is that the pipeline will pollute the drinking water that the reservation uses, which is a retarded argument at best, as the oil isn't going to leak out of highly regulated tubes and seep hundreds of feet into the ground to pollute their aquifers.

>there are actually people in this world who think "athelete" is a word

For real though, they're fucking drunks who don't do anything constructive.

The only, I mean ONLY, reason the Indian pipeline isn't a bigger story than it is is that the mass media has carte blanche refused to spend any significant amount of time reporting on it while simultaneously devoting hours upon hours on the stupid NFL thing. People who make these sorts of images always fail to realize that the truth as presented by the media and the truth as it is are not the same, and the former has a bigger impact on national affairs than the latter. The "lack of care" about this issue is due to active pseudo-suppression by the likes of CNN, Fox and MSNBC. No one's talking about it because it's been effectively blocked and they don't know about it, not because they don't care.

But really, is it any surprise that the media is going to cover some utterly unimportant attention-whore move about some fucking athlete, as long as it continues to foster the narrative about black vs. white tension? It's almost like they want to seed internal division along ethnic lines in a manufactured way while ignoring actual stories.

Now that really makes you think, doesn't it?

Wait, so this is on private land?

Why don't the landowners just have the protesters arrested for trespassing?

The company building the pipeline is Energy Transfer, owned by Kelcy Warren, a Texas entrepreneur worth $4 billion, according to Forbes Magazine.

>ITT: Sup Forums unironically supports globalist big oil jews like good goys

The Federal Gov would like nothing better than to see Indians attempt to use force.
Don't know what other guys is saying; each Tribe is different- sone are sovereign, some arent. Sovereign tribes are protected by bill of Rights, and, have option to create their own laws and ordinances that may deviate from State law. I work on a Rez and EVERYONE owns weapons. Lots of weapons.

I am glad these people are proyesting in defense of their land, as I was glad when ranchers protested the federal gov taking their land.

>savages against progress and civilization

If you watch the video you'll notice that the land where the construction is occurring is fenced off to mark the boundaries. Private security was hired to protect the construction crews, so police stayed off the scene until there was a violent interaction where protesters crossed the line.

>Why aren't you guys complaining about this thing totally unrelated to this other thing.

Come on folks don't let this idiot bait you.

Indians protesting in defense of their land treaties is not the same as a spoiled black kid making millions of dollars sitting for the national anthem to create cheap publicity because he's benched and his career is ending.

>Why are they against the pipe-line?
They're worried that the pipeline will negatively impact water quality on their reservation and imperil cultural heritage sites. The Army Corps of Engineers has green-lighted several sections of the pipeline construction process without fully satisfying the National Historic Preservation Act, various environmental statutes, and its trust responsibility to the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe.

Oh course they are going to drive the "black vs white" narrative because a divided people is an easy to control people. You push people into smaller and smaller goups then pander to those groups and you've got yourself a voter base. Instead of everyone being an American giving a shit about america you have blacks caring about blacks, whites, gays, blue-collar, white collar and the list goes on caring about those specific groups they belong to. Then you get politicians that don't do shit for any of them and make a bunch of money via crony capitalism. The blacks don't get what they want and it's the other teams fault etc etc etc. Rinse and repeat. Mean while everyone in this country is fucked, even more divided and only problems with no solutions (because they aren't real problems if people would wake the fuck up and unite) are ever talked about.

>tfw the injuins are finally waking up to the kike subversion in the media

>highly regulated tubes
well I guess you are qualified in "Bullshit"

You need permits in most states. I think Vermont is the exception.

Hippies never use guns. It's so fucking stupid, they will say and do anything to get their "freedoms" except using guns. I'm really waiting for the day they decide to.

wew lad

that savage whacking that doggo with a stick really got my blood boiling

I hope Kaepernick breaks his fucking neck this season

I was talking about the good goys in this thread that support the pipeline and not the protest.

>I'm retarded: the post

fas.org/sgp/crs/misc/R44432.pdf

There is ongoing litigation about this project.

pbs.org/newshour/rundown/tribes-will-wait-dakota-access-pipeline-fate/

Judge James E. Boasberg from the United States District Court for the District of Columbia said he will make a decision about the $3.7 billion Dakota Access Pipeline on or before September 9.

washingtonpost.com/national/energy-environment/north-dakota-pipeline-construction-halted-until-court-date/2016/08/18/f082e3fc-6581-11e6-b4d8-33e931b5a26d_story.html

Injuns you say?

The protesters are saying the pipeline is going to "destroy" the water. Is there and validity to this?

if a pipe burst at a river crossing how much crude can spill into the waterway in the three minutes it takes to stop upline passage .. that's three minutes from the moment of detection which is subject to human monitorieg.. read that as homer snozzing on the job while thousands of gallons of crude oil gush into the river polluting .. try again asshole

MOVE THAT SHIT WELL AWAY FROM WATER

No

Pipelines are heavily regulated in all aspects, not to mention that it is far safer for the transport of oil and gas than by say, train or truck. They're bitching and moaning because Natives are good for nothing but attention whoring and virtue signaling.

...

fascist pigs btfo

Fuck the savages we need that pipeline

THIS POSTER IS OVERFLOWING WITH BULLSHIT LIKE A RUPTURED CRUDE OIL PIPELINE

>Listening to Casino Kikes.

>Ever.

>if if if if if if if if if if if if if if if

You sound like king nigger right now.

When was the last time a pipeline burst?

I almonst never post on pol, but I just wanted to say that I totally agree with you, this is what is really happening, we are being more and more divided so we create false enemies around us so we are weaker, Pol claims to be redpilled but they are just another victim.

It is simple, I am just doing what they do by supporting the actions of my people and not others.

Yeah because there has never been an accident in the crude oil industry.
Certainly never involving water.

tfw you have Injun problems.

We really need a war so we can start setting up actually sides.

When he was born

There are always accidents in every industry. Just because you're scared of the big bad corporate boogerman doesn't mean that the pipeline's construction has heavy oversight and that it is required to have all kinds of safety features as mandated by the federal government.

sorry canada. I'm in the construction industry and those pipelines have an average safety time of around 10 years. After that, pollution is almost impossible to prevent unless the entire pipe is replaced, which is seldom done in the US

The videos of Injuns fighting cops while whooping and riding horses is pretty cool, I hope they keep it up so we can get some more footage like that.

>indians going around with non traditional clothing on animals that were brought overseas by "invaders"

k.

>Riding bareback
"lock how spiritual and close to our ancestors and heritage we are when we bring our horses and ride bareback"
Only plebs who think they are cool ride bareback

People need to stop thinking in terms of sides. There are only 2 sides. Rich globalist elites and the rest of plebs being pushed into sub-groups of plebs and led off to slaughter each other for globalist elite gains.

The average protestor seems extremely stupid. I can never agree with them.

>Sup Forums now supporting Jewish corporations now instead of civilizations that have lasted thousands of years through genocide and plagues.

I cannot believe we let fucking Indians posh us off legal land because they believe in sacred burial grounds. I am betting this was just the Indians trying to get paid they love free shit like the drunks they are.
Indians are scum

If the protesters use guns, the media would suddenly take interest but brand the entire group as violent protesters and/or terrorists. The cops/feds would then fuck them up hard, and their cause would become secondary to the shitstorm caused by any shootings.

The elites/govt infiltrate political organisations with undercover agitators all the time to destroy their credibility. If they can get them to be violent, or seen to be violent, then they can swat them down for sake of 'public safety'.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kalamazoo_River_oil_spill

pbs.org/wgbh/nova/next/earth/massive-oil-spill-yellowstone-river-contaminates-drinking-water/

Basically this, I can never get myself to back any of these groups no matter their purpose because they just chimp the fuck out and act like niggers the whole time

I'm pretty sure Indians appropriated horses. Horses died out and didn't exist in north america until the white man brought them over.

im gonna wear my indians hat in honour of this

countercurrentnews.com/2016/08/army-corps-engineers-confirms-no-written-easement-dakota-access-pipeline-construction-corps-property/

post yfw an earthquake caused by Fracking breaks an oil pipeline

>earthquake caused by fracking

America is beyond saving. Jesus christ.

>safety features mandated by the federal government
>safe
Yeah. The feds can really regulate. Sure. If you look at what happened in the financial services industry in 2008, and how well the SEC with their "heavy regulations" failed to prevent financial meltdown, you pretty much know how this whole "oil & fracking" thing is going to turn out.

>Honoring treaties with lesser people
Get a load of this faggot liberal

Actually it's the elite who is against any type of American energy independence. I wouldn't doubt these protests being funded by the Saudis or similar.

They barely survived whiskey and wont survive sugar.

Dang, you're right. Time to point this out and shame them for it

Indians aren't real Americans. Everyone knows this.
>btw neither are niggers
