Giant anthropomorphized flea who gets dubbed "the monster of paris" because people are terrified at the sight of him. Sings a sad song about his current situation, singer lady lets him move in with her, turns out he's a kick ass guitar player. They perform together.
Meanwhile, government officials try to hunt him down.
Animation is pretty low quality, but the music is great. The cliches are played surprisingly well.

the music isn't as strong but it's worth noting they did their best to mach the voices as much as they could as well as making an actually translation rather than a 1 for 1 where humor and jokes are lost because of dialect yet still holding onto the culture of early 1900 Paris.

Wakfu left a bad taste in my mouth for dubs of french animation. I didn't even get that "dally" was supposed to sound like "daddy" until I watched it in french and realized they called him "papa" in that.
The Eva pregnancy reveal was also not subtle at all because of this in the dub
