I have no clue why any of you guys are upset. Your ship is all but confirmed. FFS Marco thought of Star while kissing another girl, you got 100% confirmation of jellyStar, it's on for you like donkey kong. You'll have to wait until the end of the series probably for full contact Starco, but the series is basically about Starco and how it happens from this point, so why would you be salty in any way?
Realistically, we're probably only going to get to enjoy the Jarco until S2's finale. We've all seen this exact story development enough times to know where it leads.

I'm really considering the fact that Jackie is not human at ALL
I'm putting my money on Jackie being part monster, not being Eclipsa. That's a bit too contrived.
The key has got to be the eyes. Someone figure out another character or creature in this show that has three lines in its Irises.
But why's he constantly covering up his chest? It's not he's got any boobs or anything. Not to mention I'd figure he's close enough with Star at the very least that those sorts of boundaries are starting to dissolve.

I'm not really salty about it since I have hard time believing anything what isn't Starco endgame. They're been building up for it the whole series and Jarco itself is more of a conflict for Star to overcome rather than the final canon ship for Marco. It isn't that uncommon of a trope in romantic drama.
Writers giving mixed signals to kids, Jackie's setting really good examples but Marco's setting really poor ones
Jackie knows despite liking Marco, dating isn't really a big deal and it's a great chance to get to express yourself in order to truly know somebody you're interested in
Marco on the other hand was literally getting away with social suicide by being a creepy little man who obsesses over a girl he doesn't even know in his private life, along with lots of other cringe examples which the show actively encouraged on his part
The main takeaway from all this is Jackie is clearly the best girl and others need not apply.

I always just thought it was kind of Marco's character. He's got a really weird mix of feminine traits and masculine traits.
I feel like this episode was a stepping stone towards Starco becoming canon eventually.
Why would they use all their bullets in the first 10 minutes of the war?
If Starco became canon in this episode, all they would have to keep the Audience interested is Toffee and whatever the fuck Ludo is up to
