They're clearly building up to something, and there's a ton of background that they've been developing that still hasn't been fully addressed. I really just wanna see where everything's leading to, even if in the end it's bad at least the ride was fun.

Here's how to actually get people into the show: link them the soundtrack, tell them to watch Giant Woman, and then to watch from the beginning if they're still interested. Say what you will about the pacing but you don't just skip episodes, in any show, especially not one that makes constant use of minor foreshadowing, slow buildups and where for the most part there's no consensus over which are the bad episodes.
