13 Hours was a good action movie. For a good found-footage war movie, check out 84C MOPIC. I don't know if it'd be "operator" but the Generation Kill miniseries is extremely well done.

Except for the part where he's a lot fatter in the actual movie. Also, the sunglasses. In many ways, the photoshop is actually a more faithful representation of the original source material.
