Want to focus on this last one because it's largely forgotten, objectively damn good, and about the comeuppance of an anti-racist virtue signaller who doesn't know what he's doing. He viciously insults a woman because she mentioned that a specific group of Jews skipped out on military service and exploited the black market during the war. In that situation it is actually the woman who is being specific and the protagonist's Jewish friend who is demanding that all Jews be judged together as a group. Elsewhere the protagonist meaninglessly defies colonial racism in a way that makes him feel good for the evening but which accomplishes nothing for the Africans.

I saw this movie when I was a kid and I didn't realize until I was older that the coverup wasn't actually to protect the pharmacutical company, but rather it was the action of a small number of individuals who were planning to sink the company after selling off all of their stocks. It's not actually a very anti-pharma movie.
