In all seriousness, is it a good movie?

In all seriousness, is it a good movie?

I saw it with my dad (in fact, that was the last thing we did together before he decided he was bored with family life) when it first came out. I was still a kid then and I really liked t

In retrospect? Its a 7/10

>good acting
>good visuals
>good (licensed) music
>sexy human lady
The story, albeit very dumb, is solid.

The bee puns were ridiculous however and should have been used wisely

It might bee, I have not watched it yet.

Stop forcing this meme

I didn't really enjoy it. I found it to be kind of bland and unfunny.

3/10, saved only by hot lady.

No, it was hardly different from the ten billion other 2000s computer animated family films .

No

Dreamworks was really in a rut from 2004 to 2007

no, they had Shrek

Woman character sounded drunk the whole time.

And that was it.

This.
I always watch it when it's on. I dunno, I kinda like it.

Shrek came out in 2001

I like it

Inaccurate depiction of eusocial hymenopterae but otherwise pretty good if you pretend all the worker bees are female.

No joke.
It was a B movie at best.

It's bewildering

didn't it manage to slip an incest joke somewhere?

It's Jerry Seinfeld, of course it's good.

Ineatched most of it on pornhub yesterday. It is a fucked up film in its utter strangness and almost adult subcontext("i hope shes beeish", "theyre using the species card"). Seinfield bee up and accuses the white man as directly responsible for bee kinds plight. Its unintentionally hilarious for its sheer bizarre humor and stuff that couldnt get away with now. Also ITS HIP TO FUCK BEES

>I saw it with my dad (in fact, that was the last thing we did together before he decided he was bored with family life)
>in fact, that was the last thing we did together before he decided he was bored with family life
>that was the last thing we did together before he decided he was bored with family life

It was a generic "we wanted to make an animated movie and use famous hollywood actors to voice it to draw in parents" kind of movie.

I felt bad for the boyfriend played by Patrick Warburton, he was one of the only sane ones in that entire film.

>I saw it with my dad (in fact, that was the last thing we did together before he decided he was bored with family life)
I mean I feel sorry about all that shit happened and it must've truly sucked -shit- but

damn

Worst meme ever.

"""Slip"""

Shrek was 25 years ago

He was a prick and had these bizarre mannerisms. He was only sane in comparison, for not wanting to sue an entire species.

Let me try that again.
>Shrek was 25 years ago

>filename
are you legitimately autistic

that's clearly a FAMAS

seriously not even /k/ here just angry at misinformation spreaders

It's a bizarre plot. Not the best movie, but still had good merits and is worth a watch.

Yes. Ignore the memes, the humor is pretty spot on.

It was bee-autiful

I loved it. It was the bee's knees.

IT'S HIP

It had its moments, but didn't give enough of a shit to commit to its absurdity.

Hip to what, user?

Why do teenagers think making fun of this movie is funny?

to fuck bees

Despite the memes it honestly had it's moments
>That lady is hot
>She's my cousin dude
>What? Really?
>Yes, we're Bee's, we're all cousins

Honestly, it's great. Starts fairly generic and then it becomes such a wild ride.

Its weirdness is what kept me watching.

>Hi I'm Barry, I refuse to work and then sue people for taking away the honey we worked so hard for.

Fuck Barry

Barry had a realistic bee lifespan in the film, so he probably died shortly after it ended.

Vanessa left her boyfriend for something that was going to be dead in a month.

I can't even remember the last thing I did together with my dad.

After he and my mum split up in my childhood he still had me come over for vists a few times to hang out at his place, and I remember he got a girlfriend at some point, but eventually the visits just stopped and I never heard from him again.

This was way back when I was still in primary school, I'm a grown-ass neet now on disability.

You mean 15?

She's going to beecome a queen.

its a b movie at best To bee honest

Shrek was 125 years ago.

What's the deal with modeling the protagonist in CGI movies to look like their real life counterparts?
I mean come on people, i already hear who they are, shouldn't that be enough? Jeesus.

HIP HIP

It's so bad it's good. A solid B movie.
