Djinn's are pretty much genies. I wouldn't be surprised if this character had something to do with Johnny Thunder's introduction to JLA as a semi-family member of the Shazam family

after the first ep it seems fine but it didn't really have a plot, which I see as a limitation of the runtime. hope they balance the other episodes better.

I'm used to there being at least a small nod to it like characters wearing spacesuit versions of their costumes or whatever. It was blatant enough in comparison that I thought it might actually be an intentional setting thing, like they had Zatanna fix them all up with Breath In Space Spells or something.

Every time I worry about the runtime, I remind myself of PPG.
Not that I think it'll be that good, but its just to remember that an 11 minute run time can work for an action show.
He's nothing like Comic Abe, who's fairly serious with the occasional sarcastic comment. I can see how he's similar to the film version though. They both sort of remind me of Data from Star Trek

I think more cartoons would benefit from thicker lines rather than pencil thin lines. I'm in different to the line color. It doesn't bother me.
I loved the Firestorm episode. Ronnie was like the 2010s version of the JL cartoon Flash.
