Now that the provincial capital is under siege, it will take at least 3 months to do a proper clean-up, however this will require a large reserve of Republican guard and houthi soldiers to successfully complete. If the houthis are able to convince the residents to rebel against the ksa troops stationed there, then the siege will not take as long. But the fact remains that the ksa will do everything in it's power to break the siege couple this with had forces in Yemen who will continuously attack the saleh-forces in Yemen. This will be a difficult battle. The saleh-forces forces better have an excellent strategist leading the efforts.
Elijah Taylor
Good luck Siryans&Yemenites, may the blood rivers turn clear again and the land spawn fruits in times of peace.
Logan Sanchez
Saudis are an embarrassment. I would like the Houthis to capture the city so that Saudis are exposed to the whole world.
Connor Lopez
kuhwaid. srsly.

>Saudi Arabia planning to cancel $20bn worth of projects – report Saudis are fucking pathetic.
Yes seems so, at the end of the day it will start making procurement a mess just like it is now for the US. So I hope this doesn't go through either.
I have some shots of Army 2015 myself. I'll need to see if I can pull them up remotely.
Robert Wood
Najran is mostly Shia and Houthis sleeping cells have everything under they control. Again, only need the order from Sa'ana
Jackson Walker
I've been here for years and the conflict never ends.
It just gets funnier and more ridiculous day by day.
It's said that the purest form of Surrealist art would be to walk into a crowd and shoot people at random.
This conflict is the masterpiece to end all masterpieces. This is fine art.

Syria conflict: Aid agencies call for investigation into UN operations, say Assad influence is harmful
The aid groups said they were withdrawing from the UN's Whole of Syria information-sharing program due to concerns the regime of President Bashar al Assad had gained "significant and substantial" influence over relief efforts in the country.
The 73 non-governmental organisations (NGO) working inside Syria accused the UN and the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) of operating under the political influence of the Assad regime — alleging a "deliberate manipulation of humanitarian and medical aid".
"The Syrian Government has interfered with the delivery of humanitarian assistance in multiple instances, including the blocking of aid to besieged areas, the removal of medical aid from inter-agency convoys, the disregard for needs-assessments and information coming from humanitarian actors in Syria," the statement said.
Political influence of Syrian Government has 'clear negative impact'
The coalition of NGO's includes well known aid groups the White Helmets, who rescue injured people in the aftermath of airstrikes, and the Syrian American Medical Society that runs hospitals in the northern rebel held city of Aleppo and in Idlib province.
this is fucking amazing! i'd start drinking if only I had anything

Lots of entrepreneurship opportunity there and no income tax. Easy for a foreigner to get residency there too. Plus, I can get stationed there since we have a couple of military bases there.

>look up combat footage of houthis >they actually do fight in 50 degree heat barefoot
I remember the time where the best equipped and the number one producer of military equipment in the world got beaten by mountain goatherders with headturbans
Either way, this is honestly better than either Vietnam or Afghanistan. Both were fought via guerilla tactics. This one is through direct confrontation, and its actually happening in the home country of the agressor. Its so much better in that sense
