No. No direct death sentences. The most heinous (and indisputably guilty) criminals should have all of their rights forfeited, and be used as test subjects for dangerous biological experiments to benefit medicine and understanding of humans. Lesser offenders (but still unredeemable) will not be forced into it but given the choice of either life imprisonment in an unguarded, contained convict compound (like some south american prisons), or opt to volunteer as a test subject with the upside being if they don't die they can spend the rest of their days in a secure leisurely facility more like a Norwegian prison.
