As for my dedication, it's mostly because I had a shit ton of plans for the weekend and every single one of them fell through. The original plan was only to do two every weekend, but... well, here we are.

I think the implication is that faunus who end up in Menagerie don't leave either because they're too poor or too wrapped up in local WF operations. Menagerie's population likely consists of a bunch of expats or exiles who would support the WF anyway.
