I usually make a couple dot and a couple line ones, set them to hard or vivid light, put them ontop of the original image, sometimes then put another copy of the original to the top layer and set it to pin light, you can also have 2 of the original image on the bottom layers, and set the 2nd from the bottom to vivid light or whatever looks cool
He seems to be on a mission to expose Clinton Foundation crimes. Says in the video he tried to show his findings to the authorities and got stonewalled, so he has taken to social media to get his message out.
