Yeah, dude. With out a Nord p2p vpn on, my DL speeds will get up to like 12mb/s, and with it on it goes down to like 400kb/s, but often times it will go down to like 100kb/s or even 50kb/s. It's fucking ridiculous.
Do you use a server close to your location? I use UK servers, but if I use a US server (to watch US netflix for example) it's almost impossible to load a video, let alone stream it.

The % indicates server load (how many people are using that server right now)
You could try setting up a proxy on your client. Nordvpn has a socks5 proxy and it's easy to set up. Not as secure as outright using the VPN though, but it's something.
