Tony dies at the end. In the final scene, we see Tony in the diner. Every time somebody walks into the diner, it shows Tony, and then it cuts to the people walking into the diner (Tony's point of view). The tension builds with the guy in the jacket looking at Tony. He goes into the bathroom, and then moments later, meadow rushes into the restaurant. We see Tony, and then we see Tony's point of view, which cuts to black. Because he was shot.
Additionally, in season 2 after Christopher wakes up from his coma, he tells Tony and Paulie "3 o'clock.". Tony would have been shot from the 3 o'clock position. Prove me wrong
Sopranos is a awful show, I don't understand how anyone can take it seriously. The characters are like cartoon characters.
