Brainlets please stop posting

The town of cowards?

How good is The Outlaw Josey Wales? I keep putting it off.

>he never watched any comfy comedy romance westerns like North to Alaska (1960)
>he lets his blind family guy hate ruin a good flick

> suspenseful desert pursuit in "High Noon" spirit
What?
I just watched High noon, he spends a majority of the movie trying to rally a posse from a town of cowards and Quakers, only to be left to solo fight 4 armed men.
What pursuit

>projection
>"comfy"
>"hate"
>"flick"

Brainlets please FOR THE LOVE OF GOD stop posting

Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid is GOAT

Fuck yes user.

I liked all these.

Bounty hunter gets hired by a woman to assist her in capturing a criminal that murdered her family. Jack Nicholson shows up halfway through and everything turns kinda sketchy. I won't spoil the ending but watch it, I think you'll enjoy it.

>he hasn't seen anything but the dollars trilogy so he rages when people suggest movies he doesn't like.

I have never heard of a Jack Nicholson western.
I'll give it a watch, friend

> mfw people call Django unchained a good western

>western
>Mississippi
Or when they call it a western at all

For me Yojimbo is number one.

Best classic westerns
>High Noon
>Stagecoach
>My Darling Clementine
>Red River

Best Post-Westerns
>The Searchers
>The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance
>Once Upon a Time in the West
>McCabe and Mrs Miller
>Shane (also a classic western)

Best Neo-westerns
>Unforgiven
>No Country for Old Men
>The Assassaination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford

Haven’t seen any better than these IMO

million ways to die in the west is still terrible you know

>Best Neo-westerns
>No Country for Old Men
Do you have autism?

>High Noon was even worse. Everybody says High Noon is a great picture because
Tiomkin wrote some great music for it and because Gary Cooper and Grace Kelly were
in it. So it's got everything going for it. In that picture, four guys come in to gun down the
sheriff. He goes to the church and asks for help and the guys go, "Oh well, oh gee." And
the women stand up and say, "You're rats. You're rats. You're rats." So Cooper goes out
alone. It's the most un-American thing I've ever seen in my whole life. The last thing in
the picture is ole Coop putting the United States marshal's badge under his foot and
stepping on it. I'll never regret having helped run Foreman out of this country.

No 3:10 to Yuma?

>Stagecoach
>Vera Cruz
>My Darling Clementine
>Once Upon a Time in the West
>Rio Bravo
>The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance
