Round-up of what's been revealed and/or leaked about the movie so far. How would you feel about it.
>Opening flashbacks to CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR, with Peter Parker being picked up by Happy Hogan to go to Germany and being given a new suit; and then being dropped off back at home by Tony Stark after the airport battle and told he's not an Avenger, but is being allowed to keep the new suit.
>Flashforward to Peter's sophomore year at Midtown Science and Technology School, which he's attending on a scholarship. His best friend is Ned Leeds, and he has a crush on the wealthy and popular Liz Allan, who is organizing the school's homecoming dance.
>Flash Thompson is a wealthy, snobbish classmate of Peter's who's upset Peter often upstages him despite his poor upbringing and lack of dedication to schoolwork, which unknowingly to Flash is due to Peter's crimefighting activities.
>Peter and Flash begin competing for Liz's affections and both want to ask her to homecoming dance. They volunteer to join an academic declathon team to stay close to her, and Peter brings Ned along with him.
>Peter is also acquainted to Michelle Gonzalez, a sarcastic outsider who secretly has feelings for him and hides them with hostily.
>As Spider-Man, Peter is eager to prove himself as a hero, but ends up handling only low-level criminals, who are arming themselves with cutting-edge technology, a lot of which is Chitauri weaponry salvaged from the Battle of New York.
John Hill
Why does Peter need to prove himself when the Avengers still allows Scarlett Witch who blew people up on accident and Tony Stark who is responsible for Ultron and all of the deaths that came with it.
Tyler Smith
I'd feel like the movie is shit, desu.
Jackson Miller
>>Opening flashbacks to CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR, with Peter Parker being picked up by Happy Hogan to go to Germany and being given a new suit; and then being dropped off back at home by Tony Stark after the airport battle and told he's not an Avenger, but is being allowed to keep the new suit. Tony really is taking the coward's path, isn't he? He's not actually towing the line of pro-reg, he's just going along to get along, and projecting the image of legality, while covertly letting a kid be a vigilante on the side, and all the while, Cap sticks up for what he believes, and ends up a fugitive for it..
Jordan Foster
>Peter gets into his first fight with the Vulture and loses. Stark tells him to let it go and alerts Peter he's not being pursued by the Accords because he's keeping his head low and only dealing with bank robbers and alleyway muggers, and if he tries to breach out to enhanced people the government will crack down on him.
>Peter, Ned, Michelle, Liz, Flash and Liz's best friend Betty Brant go to Washington, D.C. for the academic declathon, where Peter gets into another fight with the Vulture and his men on a highway, which segues into a battle at the place where the declathon is being held. Peter is pursued by the police while trying to save his classmates.
>At some other point, the Vulture fights Spider-Man again and uses one of his gang's alien weapons to breach the hull of a cruise ship, which Spider-Man holds in place. The order in which those scenes happen is obviously not very clear at this point.
>It all culminates with Ned finding out who Peter is, and Peter losing several chances to be with Liz, who appears interested in him.
>Toomes figures out Peter's identity and has no respect for handling a kid. Vulture and Shocker eventually figure out who Peter is and attack Midtown during the homecoming dance, leading to a big fight in which Peter manages to barely defeat them using his old homemade suit, with none of the bells and whistles that Stark added to it when he recruited Peter to fight Captain America.
>Peter ends up going to the dance with Michelle, who arrives all dolled-up and turns out to actually be pretty cute. Door left open for a bigger relationship between them in the sequel, and Ned also scores Betty, while Liz ends up with Flash.
>Mason is arrested, so is Shocker, Vulture's death up in the air (on one side, that sweet Sinister Six money, on the other, that costly Michael Keaton salary). Either way Vulture acknowledges Peter is a good adversary.
Aiden Parker
Is Daredevil gonna get a namedrop?
Nathaniel Cooper
Cause he's 15
Lucas Jackson
>Peter proves himself to Stark by taking down Mason and a bunch of supervillains on his own, and Stark gets the Accords off his back by making him an on-call reserve member of the Avengers.
>Stark suits up to fly alongside Peter in the movie's final swing and provide a pretty money shot for every teaser, trailer and TV spot from here onto the release date.
>Relationship is not a big focus on the story, which is more concerned with Peter affirming himself as a man. The Peter/Michelle pairing is only alluded to, but might take a more prominent role in a sequel.
>Aunt May has a generally small role, giving Peter advice in times of need and chaperoning at the field trip to Washington, which puts her on the line of fire.
>The academic declathon team includes a bunch of classic comic book characters from Spider-Man's high school years including Cindy Moon, Sally Avril, Jason Ionello and Sean McKeever.
>Hannibal Buress, Selenis Levya, Martin Starr and Kenneth Choi are all playing staff members at Midtown High.
Jordan James
Tony is a piece of shit in the MCU this is in character
Robert Parker
Netflix is a parallel universe
Robert Long
Because he hasn't even finished going through puberty. Having a kid like that on their roster would be a PR nightmare and make them seem as creepy as Batman and Robin.
Adrian Jackson
Don't they have enough bad PR with Ultron
Henry Robinson
Because Scarlet Witch is a girl and girls can't do no wrong. And I'm not being sarcastic. I'm serious. I really think this needs to be brought up about how media and society treats girls like they're perfect things incapable of doing evil. It's even worse since many movies are okay with killing men, but won't dare hurt a villainous woman who is far worse than the men.
Sebastian Nguyen
I more or less interpret this as Stark giving the kid a chance, letting him do his little thing so long as he's not too remarkable to the government. Stark seems to enforce a strong influence on him and he'd like to keep it long enough for Peter to grow and hopefully understand his point of view.
Or something whatever. I'm tired of justifying all these movies together.
Samuel Harris
So who doesn't know Peter's secret identity by the end of this movie?
David Taylor
It was made pretty clear that Tony doesn't actually believe in the law, he's just "getting in front of it," playing a long just enough so that it can be steered towards a good compromise rather than antagonizing the world's governments like Cap, causing them to draft and even more strict accord.
Xavier Wood
>>Peter is also acquainted to Michelle Gonzalez, a sarcastic outsider who secretly has feelings for him and hides them with hostily.
Tumblrs new favorite character I bet.
Then again every single female character from Marvel can be described as just sarcastic
Kayden Murphy
Just drop Michelle and bring in Mary Jane for god sake. Nobody cares about Zendaya anyway
Adrian Campbell
Shit. Complete shit.
Aaron Sullivan
>ulture and Shocker eventually figure out who Peter is
Press F at the end of the movie.
Jackson Cooper
>Flash Thompson is a wealthy, snobbish classmate of Peter's who's upset Peter often upstages him despite his poor upbringing and lack of dedication to schoolwork, which unknowingly to Flash is due to Peter's crimefighting activities.
Aiden Williams
>Flash Thompson is a wealthy, snobbish classmate of Peter's who's upset Peter often upstages him despite his poor upbringing and lack of dedication to schoolwork Big what the fuck right here
Jayden Davis
Forgot to add, Toomes has been described as an "average joe with criminal tendencies" by the director, a longtime petty crook who believes Spider-Man is changing the rules of the game when it comes to street crime and convinces his pals to buy Chitauri-enhanced weapons technology from the Thinkerer to keep up with these changes and control New York City.
So there's
>Michael Keaton as Adrian Toomes / Vulture >Booken Woodbine as Herman Schultz / Shocker #2 >Logan Marshall-Green as Shocker #1, real name unknown. >Donald Glover as an unknown character, rumored to be Hobie Brown / Prowler.
Maybe one or two additional throwaway villains.
Kayden Long
It's going to be hilarious when this shit flops. Once again confirming why the man-children who still read comic books are barely more than marginalized caricatures of themselves. But instead of admitting you've become the most beta of betas, you'll complain for years how "good it was" and how "tasteless" the general public is in desperate attempts to try and divert away from the soul crushing realization that you've wasted your lives on mind-numbing drivel originally designed to entertain teenage boys.
Hudson Jones
Didn't Tony keep Wanda mostly on lockdown in civil war?
> and Tony Stark who is responsible for Ultron and all of the deaths that came with it.
I'll give you that though. The whole series is mostly based around Tony Stark not being able to do wrong. and Marvel wants to make action comedy first and drama second, so I doubt this will change.
Connor Bailey
>Cindy Moon
Caleb Lee
You know that scene from the trailer where Peter is watching himself fight Giant-Man at school and a teacher interrupts him?
They showed the full scene at Comic-Con. Peter says he's paying attention, so the teacher (who's a genderswapped version of Miles Warren's brother, BTW) asks a very complicated science question of some sort. Flash eagerly answers and gives a very elaborated, clearly somewhat rehearsed answer that is wrong.
The teacher then refers to Peter, who just runs the math in his head real fast and gives the right answer without even having to pay attention. Peter then goes back to his books as Flash shoots him with death glares.
Ryan Ward
>this spider kid is changing the rules ! >What about Frank Castle >Who?
Daniel Hernandez
Every warning sign is telling me "Michelle" is going to be important for this and every other Spider Man plot and it pisses me off
David Morris
>Vulture and Shocker eventually figure out who Peter is and attack Midtown DEAD MEN WALKING
Brandon Howard
user isn't fucking with you user. Cindy Moon is actually in here, which just goes to show how shit this movie will be.
Wonder how many dicks Slott had to suck to get her in?
Ayden Perry
>Peter is watching himself fight Giant-Man Who was filming that?
Justin Cruz
Vigilantes with guns are not rule-changing. You can fight guns with bigger guns.
How do you fight superpowers? With bird-theme military-grade weapons tech pimped-out with alien scraps.
Parker White
It was SHIELD
or HYDRA
or both
Tyler Ross
Security footage.
Hunter Rivera
>Superhuman with enhanced strength, reflexes bordering on precognition, and can fire webbing stronger than steel cables Im not saying Frank isnt a threat, because the lunatic is a walking one man army, but Im guessing most thugs would take their chances against a regular guy with guns. Its at least familiar to them
Levi Allen
The Wasp
Bentley Morris
This Vulture reminds me a lot of Captain Cold. A small time crook who needs to up his game in this new world of superpowers and high tech gadgets.
Angel Robinson
Oh is Sup Forums pretending to give a shit about Cindy now? I lose track. Besides what does it matter? Shes not becoming Silk anyway
Caleb Harris
>Cindy Moon

>...acquainted to Michelle Gonzalez, a sarcastic outsider who secretly has feelings for him and hides them with hostily.
A tsundere Mexican? Sounds interesting. Still won't see it.
Ryan Hill
the sokovia accords is not the superhuman registration act you dumb fuckers.
Noah Lewis
>Michelle Gonzalez
Wonder if they'll call her M.G.
Tyler Hill
Hes still an enhanced vigilante not sanctioned by any law enforcement or government
Nolan Barnes
The Sokovia Accords weren't meant for just The Avengers. It applies to all enhanced people who take on threats outside of the law.
Brayden Hernandez
>HURR EVERY SUPERPOWERED PERSON THAT'S NOT WITH THE AVENGERS CAN STILL DO WHATEVER THEY WANT, THESE INTERNATIONAL LAWS DON'T APPLY
Eli Cruz
Agents of Shield is not canon.
Wyatt Wilson
No front page material in this thread anywhere. All of this is garbage no one cares about. People want stories about someone people can relate to. What people want is J. Jonah Jameson.
Seriously any info if he's in this movie?
Andrew Turner
>Toomes has been described as an "average joe with criminal tendencies" by the director, a longtime petty crook who believes Spider-Man is changing the rules of the game when it comes to street crime and convinces his pals to buy Chitauri-enhanced weapons technology from the Thinkerer to keep up with these changes and control New York City.
Alexander Johnson
He is not.
Luis Jenkins
AoS and the Netflix shows are canon. Shut the fuck up about claiming their not.
Joshua Hall
I really don't like the whole Michelle thing, but the original leaks said there actually was an MJ. Who knows until we actually see the movie.
>Vulture and Shocker find out Peter's identity Yeah they're going to die
Liam Bailey
I refuse to give this film money
Jackson Kelly
>literal blind guy in a devil's costume going around manhattan beating the shit out of criminals >giga nigga bulletproof black guy walks around harlem beating the shit out of criminals >psychotic ptsd war vet whos family was murdered by criminals goes around nyc killing criminals
And Spider-Man is the only threat he has to worry about? I swear to god if the Netflix shows don't at least get a namedrop in Spider-Man Homecoming I'm gonna fucking flip a lid. These characters are literally BLOCKS away from each other.
Kayden Myers
Might as well. Reminder given the nature of leaks we might be dealing with some bullshit 'round here.
>Months after saving Xandar, the Guardians of the Galaxy have become heroes for hire, and are employed to destroy an extradimensional monster, but nearly botch their mission due to their squabbling.
>The Kree empire has placed a bounty on their heads for the death of Ronan, and Yondu is betrayed by one his enforcers, Taserface, who seizes control of the Ravagers and seeks to capture the Guardians.
>The Guardians are hired by Ayesha, a member of an ancient race known as "The Eternals", to find a rogue member of their group, Ego. The Guardians are then attacked by the Ravagers and become separated, with Rocket and Baby Groot being captured by the Ravagers while Star-Lord, Gamora and Drax make it to the planet where Ego might be.
>They meet Mantis, a clairvoyant who is the planet's sole inhabitant. Star-Lord finds out Ego is an ancient force that inhabits the planet's core, filling it with life, and was also the "angel" that seduced his mother Meredith Quill during one of his many voyages through Space. Ego is therefore his father, and Mantis is his half-sister.
>Meanwhile, Rocket and Baby Groot come across Yondu and Nebula, who has also been captured by the Ravagers. They work together in order to escape.
>Ego convinces Quill that the Eternals are planning to conquer the galaxy and need to be stopped. Quill and Gamora discuss their blossoming relationship, and the team regroups to confront the Eternals.
>It turns out Ego has manipulated them and is the real menace, with the Eternals being the only ones standing on his way. The Guardians then rally to fight both Ego and the arriving Ravagers. The Kree empire and the Nova Corps become involved as well.
>Yondu sacrifices himself to destroy Ego, the Guardians save the Eternals, the Ravagers are betrayed by the Kree empire, and Mantis joins the team, while Nebula goes off on her own.
Jeremiah Rivera
Its just as infuriating the other way around. People wont shut the fuck up about the devil of hells kitchen or a bulletproof black guy, yet fucking SPIDER MAN doesnt even get a mention? This is the problem with continuity and having so many NY based heroes. Fuck at least make a joke where Peter gets pissed being mistaken for Daredevil or something
Jose Nelson
>>Peter and Flash begin competing for Liz's affections and both want to ask her to homecoming dance. They volunteer to join an academic declathon team to stay close to her, and Peter brings Ned along with him.
This is exactly what I worried about...
Brody Wright
>I swear to god if the Netflix shows don't at least get a namedrop in Spider-Man Homecoming I'm gonna fucking flip a lid.
They won't. Better deal with it.
Parker Murphy
Because if Tony is responsible for getting a teenage boy killed, and even his caretaker didn't know about it, that would be an absolute nightmare for the Avengers.
Gavin Morgan
how do you know this
Ian Myers
Bring in MJ and Gwen fucking hell
>Make MJ and Gwen best friends that have a thing for peter >MJ the party girl, while Gwen is the nerdy one >make captain stacy a father figure to pete and dont kill him in 1 movie he shows up >introduce harry and norman, make harry and pete slowly become friends, while norman can be a secondary antagonist that does shit behind the scenes, dont make him instantly the green goblin >introduce other villains after vulture, like mysterio, hidro-man, morbius, venom, carnage, etc.,then reintroduce the other villains from previous movies, and later down the line make a sinister six movie, and hopefully a Maximum Carnage as well >now on relationships, make peter and gwen a thing, an let them be in a relationship for more than 2 movies, let the audience be invested in them both, then after her death in the movie dothat scene where MJ goes to comfort peter and him being pissed at her, and in following movies build their relationship up until their eventual marriage >maybe even do a clone saga movie There, content for fucking years for people that dont read fucking comics and that can be somewhat faithful to them
Andrew Taylor
Wow, this sounds awful. It's tied so much to CW that it doesn't feel like its own movie, and there's way too much Tony.
Connor Sullivan
See its really fucking weird to have the Kree and never acknowledging the Skrulls, much less their war
Brody Gray
>clone saga movie >leads to Ben Reilly and Kaine movies. I would like this.
Ryder Myers
But how do we write out Michelle?
Bentley Long
>Thor finds out that Loki usurped the throne of Asgard and has joined forces with Hela, queen of the underworld, to conquer the Nine Realms. He attempts to stop them, but is defeated by Hela's champion, Skurge, and Mjolnir is destroyed. Thor is then exiled to a faraway gladiator planed run by the Grandmaster, where he's enslaved and forced to fight in the arena.
>As Thor climbs the ranks of the gladiator matches, he befriends another warrior, the Valkyrie, and finds out the Hulk is the ruling champion, having also been exiled there by Loki for humilliating him during the Battle of New York. Hulk hasn't reverted to Bruce Banner for months and is more intelligence as a result. Thor and Hulk then join forces with the Valkyrie to escape from the Grandmaster and his forces and stop Loki and Hela.
>Hela betrays Loki and announces her plans to unleash the Ragnarok upon the Nine Worlds. She kills Heimdall, while Loki regroups with Thor and they go to Earth to find their father, Odin, whom Loki couldn't bring himself to kill and instead exiled there, for assistance. They are aided in finding him by Dr. Stephen Strange.
>Odin, who has been living as a vagrant, reveals that the only way to stop Hela is finding the Soul Stone. Thor and Hulk embark on a journey to retrieve it.
>Hela attempts to unleash the Ragnarok, freeing the fire demon Surtur, but Thor confronts him. Using the Soul Stone, he summons the fallen warriors of Valhalla, including Heimdall, to battle Hela's army of the undead. Odin, Loki, Hulk and Valkyrie also join the battle.
>Skurge realizes Hela has been manipulating him and holds off her army on his own, at the cost of his own life, to bid Thor enough time to defeat Surtur and use the Soul Gem to undo the damage Hela has wrought, banishing her back to her hellish kingdom and saving the Nine Realms.
Jordan Foster
Aha, but you missed a detail. We have a shot of Peter unmasked with a carnival going on behind him. Where does that take place?
David Turner
>a lot of which is Chitauri weaponry salvaged from the Battle of New York
So we are stealing plots from Netflix and AoS now? They couldn't have come up with a different idea?
Nolan Diaz
>>Stark suits up to fly alongside Peter in the movie's final swing and provide a pretty money shot for every teaser, trailer and TV spot from here onto the release date. HAVE THEY LEARNED NOTHING ABOUT AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2?!
Austin Adams
1. Don't let her find out he's spiderman. 2. Stress peter parker being spiderman first instead of being her boyfriend or w/e he is. 3. Have her break up with Peter because he doesn't have time for her. 4. Have the whole relationship be a learning experience for Peter and how he'll need to live his double life in the future. 5. They're fucking teenagers. Teenagers break up.
Kayden Kelly
>As the heroes celebrate and everything seems peachy, Loki betrays everyone (again) and escapes with the Soul Stone and the Tesseract, delivering them with Thanos in exchange for being pardoned for losing the Mind Stone to the Avengers. Thanos is about to finally get up from his rocket-powered chair and do some damage, and Loki weasels his way into becoming his advisor by telling him where the find the remaining stones, starting with the Eye of Agamotto in Strange's possession.
>Was Loki playing the long con to get back into Thanos's good graces, or could he be playing an even longer con to assist in Thanos's downfall from the inside? Find out in "Infinity War".
Blake Kelly
>Breaks Mjolnir >No Beta Ray Bill Trash
Adam Jackson
I'm down with this desu. Hopefully the things at the end with Skurge is similar to the comics.
Brandon Flores
>m: hey pete my family and I are moving to LA, lets keep in touch >Pete: oh no, really, ok i'll call you everyday >because of spidey bullshit and 2 new girls in his life, as well as michelles own life in LA the grow more and more apart There, the script writes itself
Hunter Collins
There already is fanart of HUGE afro girl kissing downside Peter.
Brayden King
As long as Miles Warren isn't a female, I'm okay with that. Who cares about the brother.
Carter Harris
So i guess we can confirm that Loki will be playing a similar part to Mephisto in Gauntlet?
Nathan King
Works for me. Doesnt surprise me that Loki is filling in for Mephisto in this story
Jace Bennett
>Flash Thompson is a wealthy, snobbish classmate of Peter's who's upset Peter often upstages him despite his poor upbringing and lack of dedication to schoolwork >lack of dedication to schoolwork Are they seriously turning Flash into a turbonerd
Aiden Richardson
I seriously wonder the longevity of this new Spider-Man franchise. It almost seems like they're rushing to get out 6 films as fast as possible.
Connor Price
He's basically just taking Mephisto's place in Infinity Gauntlet, right? I'm down for that.
Mason Cooper
>mfw we get Vulture >mfw they won't even touch his aging and de-aging in the movie he'll just be a "regular guy"
Xavier Hill
So, how is it that Vulture keeps ending up in the same area as Peter's friends? Is it just coincidence? Because that feels really contrived.
Liam Lewis
>Forgot to add, Toomes has been described as an "average joe with criminal tendencies" Are you fucking kidding me
Cooper Sanders
>aging and de-aging They've already skirted this stupid shit with characters like Magneto at Fox and Nick Fury at Marvel. Because it is some dumb fucking shit.
Michael Kelly
yeah Flash being smart and wealthy is so very very very wrong
Josiah Young
>Mantis is his half-sister. We won't have kinky sex scenes with her then? That's sad
William Green
That was never that big a deal with Toomes anyway. Hes mainly just been an inventor with a bird themed flight harness
Carter Bennett
Fuck it, it's technically Marvel too.
>Years after the X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST epilogue, mutants died out anyway, and the few that remain are being hunted down and experimented upon by Transigen, a secret government program headed by Dr. Zander Rice.
>Logan is living in New Mexico and working as a limo driver to cover the medical expenses of Professor Charles Xavier, who has dementia and is losing his memories and control of his telepathic powers. Caliban is Xavier's caretaker.
>Logan is asked to drive a package to a dropoff point to be picked up by a local gang, the Bombers. It turns out to be a little girl, Laura. Logan intervenes and kills several Bombers, until Laura reveals herself to have claws and kills many more. Logan is confused and takes her back to Xavier.
>Xavier figures out Laura is "very much like" Logan. Young mutants are a rare breed and the Bombers want to sell her in the black market. Xavier persuades Logan to instead escort Laura to a fabled safe haven for mutant refugees halfway across the country. Logan doesn't want to.
>Suddenly, they are confronted by the Reavers, cybernetically-enhanced mercenaries led by Donald Pierce, who have arrived to claim Laura for Transigen. Logan fights them off and begrudgingly agrees to help. Logan, Xavier and Laura escape, while Pierce captures Caliban and forces him to use his powers to sense other mutants's powers and locations to follow them.
>Logan, Laura and Xavier do some solid bonding and Logan and Xavier reaffirm their friendship before Xavier is killed in a Reaver ambush. Logan and Laura escape, and Logan finds out Laura is a clone of him created by Rice with DNA samples retrieved from the ruins of Weapon X. Laura is the only clone to survive and is their 23rd attempt at it, hence "X-23".
Isaac Adams
Yep. Flash shares nothing in common with his comics self other than that he's mean to Peter
Andrew Green
Hold up, this is actually really close to the stupid idea that I pitched for Sinister Six.
That makes me really happy somehow.
Jaxon Butler
WE better get Brock Venom then, I don't wan this Flash anywhere near it.
Chase Morris
>>Peter ends up going to the dance with Michelle, who arrives all dolled-up and turns out to actually be pretty cute.
yeah that is certainly an original character and doesn't sound like MJ at all
Xavier Morgan
>The Reavers recapture Laura and kill Caliban. Logan tracks them down and slaughters them one by one until he's confronted by Pierce and Rice. They unleash the only other survivor of their experiments, X-24, an unstable adult male clone. A violent battle ensues in which Logan kills Pierce and then fights X-24, while Laura escapes and kills Rice, destroying the DNA samples.
>Logan sacrifices himself to destroy X-24 and bids farewell to Laura. Once they've both died, Laura, left as the sole survivor, continues her journey on her own, and ultimately makes it to the safe haven, which is run by former students of Xavier and Logan from the Xavier School for Gifted Youngsters and run by an older Kitty Pryde, where she can finally be free.
Levi Carter
Honestly I think its best to hold off on Venom. Bring in Mysterio, Rhino, Kraven, or Scorpion.
Wyatt Kelly
>run by an older Kitty Pryde
FUCK THIS, STOP PUSHING KITTY
Henry Bennett
>X-24, an unstable adult male clone. Oh shit, it's gonna be Daken right?
Adam Powell
Sony already said they are working on Venom. Marvel is really pushing for him.
Daniel Wood
Yeah, if she was going to become Silk then she would have already become Silk. Since Cindy was retconned into being Peter's classmate, having her show up as a cameo in his high school movie is hardly egregious.
Better than turning Ned Leeds into Ganke at least.
