In a Libertarian society, is there a way to save these people?

Don't worry the free market will save them. Just let the market decide.

Jump in front of the train

the people on the tracks appear to be singing in cadence which leads me to believe they are niggers which is why the free market is based.

Is there a way to save them in an authoritarian society?

trick question
who built the trolleytracks?

Why is the track built on someone else's land you fucking retard?

Also we can assume from home steading that the narrow strip of land covered by the track is owned by the trolley company as well.

We could also assume there's no one in the trolley.

There's a start, anyone else got some?

the landowner clearly rents that portion of land to the rail company.

I'm not sure you know what the A stands for.

>Livertarianims n ancapitalmis r the same guise!!!!!!

Wouldn't good samaritan laws protect you? Even then the train company isn't going to prosecute you, and may possibly reward you. Them letting people get tied on their tracks and get killed shows that they don't police their land well enough and would lead to lost business as people find out about that train company.

Here we go

why not both?

that's not how a libertarian society works

you should be asking how you can profit off their deaths

Walk away. Somebody obviously wants them dead for a reason.
That's a lot of trouble tying people down to train tracks to only satisfy shits and giggles.

This is a non-problem. The tracks are private property and the criminal who tied the victims on the track would not have crossed into it in the first place.

>In a Libertarian society, is there a way to save these people?

The answer is, probably yes.

There's only violation of property rights if the property owner does not consent to your use of their land. However consent can be given after the fact, that means it's perfectly reasonable to enter someones land to pull a lever to save some people.

However the land owner does need to give consent to that action, which they can do after you've entered the land.

If you explain "i entered your land to pull a lever to save 5 people" and they say "sure no problem, thanks for saving them" then there's no violation of the NAP.

Furthermore in an authoritarian society which allows for private property the same problem exists.

The correct liberal answer to this is that you need to know the specific races of the people involved, because the scenario should play out differently in the different race-scenarios while at the same all races are the same and equal and should be treated equally.

>It's a Sup Forums mistakes libertarianism to anarcho-capitalism episode

In libertarian society, this question simply doesn't exist. If they didn't fund rescue op themselves, then its their own personal problem. "Saving" people against their own will is fucking socialism and anyone doing it should be sold for organ transplants.

The owner of the tracks should sue the people tied to the railroad for trespassing on his private property.
