Pyrrha and Qrow barely use their guns though. Yes they have them in case they need them because almost everyone does but Pyrrha only fired 2 or 3 shots in her entire run on the show and Qrow only fired twice, once at Winter and once during the Beacon battle.
Both have far more effective ranged options through their own abilities. Pyrrha can magnetically control her sword and Qrow can launch sword shockwaves.
Okay, so, I like Lancaster as a platonic ship, and I wouldn't mind seeing it develop into a straight up relationship, but honestly, I don't see it happening until Jaune can finally move on from Pyrrha's death.
Also, I don't hate Jaune as a character. I mean, yeah, I could see why some tumblrites thought Jaune's persistent behavior towards Weiss could be skeevy were it ANYONE ELSE, but it's fucking Jaune.
He's a self-admitted awkward mess, whose only advice regarding dealing with girls was from his mother, and it's clearly failed him. He's bound to do everything wrong when it comes to talking to girls. Every time he tries to get Weiss to notice him or to ask her out, it's played for laughs, which some people just can't grasp, and are TRIGGERED the fuck out.
And now there's people who are complaining that Jaune's got too much screentime, and that they're not focusing on how Pyrrha's death affected the rest of RNJR.
With Ren and Nora, that's a valid complaint given that Pyrrha was their teammate, but Ruby knew fuck-all about her, and the only reason those fans think Pyrrha meant anything to Ruby in any way was the fact that her death triggered her SPECIAL EYES.
I'm willing to bet that if it was ANYONE ELSE who died in front of her, Ruby would have gone all SILVER EYES on Cinder anyway.

Well even with out an electric charge, Nora is strong, being able to lift her hammer and, commical or not, the 2000 pound weights Yang's biggest feat is probably smashing the prototype Mini-Gear, but only after getting hit and getting a sembalance boost.
Also Nora managed to knock Yang through the roof during the lunch room melee, so I'd have to give the win to Nora since we've seen more of her raw strength than Yangs, but that could change in later volumes.
On that scale though?
