Even though i really liked Homecoming, the cgi fluctuated between bad and good, nothing great or amazing. Yeah, the Raimi movies have problems, but I like how he used more human scenes of spider man compared to the new ones. It felt logical with the way he used cgi. These new films are just bloated with it.

Debatable. The garage scene was very bad CGI but they smartly compensated by having it in snatches which all CGI should be in. CGI should be in shadow or obscured somehow to help hide imperfections.
