Didn't even know it was a thing.
>Sup Forums
>Producing anything of value instead of just complaining
most of Sup Forums can't even draw, let alone write anything good
I'm confident my all female cat super hero show will be a smash hit.
>tfw this is the show that gets picked up
I did. I barely had more than pic related to show visually, though, so I doubt I'll be a contender.
>Pitch contests
Oh boy I sure love signing my ideas away for free even if I lose.
I thought part of the rules was that your pitch can't be shared online.
nah you keep them if you lose
Actually, you retain rights if they don't pick it
where do we vote? they said vans would be voting.
I pitched a medieval horror show based off medieval artwork and multippe doffered niche aspects of mythology and europen history. I'd post pics but I'm not entirely sure if that disqualifies it for anything. Pretty much gonna make it even if it doesn't get picked up, tho, got a small crew to work on multiple different cartoons on the side.
Well they're basically handpicking some pitches, then paying the people they picked to make a proof of concept, and then they pay them at the end of that.
Then they post five proof of concepts online for people to vote on and only one of them will get cash to be made into pilot, though they will still pitch around the proof of concepts.

Loving that geometry, my dude
Seconded
>animated horror
It's never getting picked up, user

Looks like it's too late to enter anything. We should be hearing something in January, tho.
Too young to be worrying about actual pitches right now, I wish it was that easy. Making a webcomic and a live-action webseries this summer, though.
/ic/'s animation thread is probably a better place to be asking this OP.
>let alone write
sounds like somebody's forgetting DRAWING IS HARDER THAN WRITING
Post art fagit
>DRAWING IS HARDER THAN WRITING
Well duh, Writers are born, artists have to practice.
>sounds like somebody's forgetting DRAWING IS HARDER THAN WRITING
Not really. It's just that it's a lot easier for artists to realize they're bad than it is for writers.
i've fell for this scam before, how much was entry fee?
There isn't one.
>tfw draw a lot
>have a lot of ideas
>but can't commit to a project, or even have a respectable portfolio because all i have is sketch books
>YOU MAY NOT PUBLICLY SHARE OR PUBLISH YOUR SUBMISSION IN ANY MANNER AND YOU MAY NOT POST OR UPLOAD YOUR SUBMISSION TO ANY WEBSITE OR VIDEO HOSTING SITE (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FACEBOOK, YOUTUBE OR VIMEO), WITHOUT THE PRIOR EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT OF TONGAL. Gotta read that fine print, bruv.
Would if I could, tho, Sup Forums might like the dank goffik waifus
>tfw in the same boat as you but still pitched anyway
I wanted to, but I just kinda forgot about it.
