What is this from compadre?

...

Timothy Truman's Conan IIRC. One of the most powerful moments in one of the best comics series ever.

It's so bizarre that the Goon went from a pulpy comedy series to nothing but the characters suffering. What's even more bizarre is that both approaches are equally great in their own ways.

>Timothy Truman's Conan
this narrows it down, but it's still probably 40+ issues

It looks like it was drawn by Richard Corben?

I wanna say it was from the first volume, but I'm not sure the art matches up.

bumping for potential

whats that

i crie evry time

Post the page from Sweet Tooth. That one is the definition of soul crushing (it works out though...thankfully).

"I do not know that I can save you. But I can try"
>tfw wondering why Galactus didn't say 'I do not know IF I can save you'
>tfw realizing that there is no if, Galactus WANTS to save him

Not really a massive tearjerker, but the realization of loneliness and paranoia that hits Jack here really gets me

...

...

...

Aku just wants Jack all to himself.

So fucking petty. I love it.

Being made of by a guy wearing a Minion hat.

XD

...

>Guy who went to a theme park is mocked by other people who went to theme parks
I can never tell if this is all just one weird joke

>walky's real name is david
>willis' name is david

DEEPEST LORE?

...

Requiem didn't click with me. The whole thing was just everyone praising the Surfer for being so noble and pure and flawless and Surfer himself sulking over the fallible nature of man. It's like, YES Norrin humanity has problems that we've been trying to fix for millennia, we aren't lucky enough to be on Zenn-La.

I fucking HATE that shitty series.

And I fucking HATE that people keep saying it's awesome.

Subtle. Very subtle.

Remembering this makes me want to tear up

Context?

...Her SKULL is still sitting next to a VENDING MACHINE??

That's an edit but it's still great.

I was really underwhelmed by this. Yeah, it's a good expression of the pain he feels, but I don't really think having someone not want to sleep with you qualifies as "soul crushing"

Did he ever rage barf on the dude who killed her?

The entirety of Beautiful Darkness.

Drinks onna house, fellas
there ain't no closing time
but you gotta leave your guns at the door

didn't meant to respond, fuck

>I don't really think having someone not want to sleep with you qualifies as "soul crushing"
If I remember correctly, he's an ugly miserable guy, he fell in love with her and vice versa, they were together, he was happy and then she broke up with him and broke his heart
If you can't understand why that kind of thing can be "soul crushing" what can I say

trying to find the pimp scene from Foolkiller

there were tons of moments in the series that were even heavier than that

The Boys was filled with these.

lel plebs

...

Why'd you do it, Jack?

...

...

seriously?

Got the full page?

What's the context?

>Implying Disneyland isn't real

How many times has he pulled this stunt? At least twice now Aku has disguised himself as a women Jack gets attracted to then taunts him.

What kind of question is that? How many times have you masturbated?

I don't think that's her skull considering there's more than one there.

He didn't just want to sleep with her, he was ready to give up everything to be with her and she just snubbed him because of who she thinks he is.

Evil Alien is torturing Walky's girlfriend. Either Joyce or one of the other girl's, it's been a while since my Webcomic binge days.

>Walky was subjected to what should have been a routine abduction by the Aliens. Instead, he and another abductee, Joyce Brown, broke loose. Joyce was eventually caught, but when they threatened her with harm, Walky was too frightened to reveal his location - until, after real harm had occurred, he snapped and violently attacked his captors.
>Though Walky survived the experience, he was never quite the same, and forcibly regressed into an immature goofball. For years afterwards, he rejected "Walky" as a nickname, linking it to the traumatic event he half-remembered (due to memory wipes).

>It actually has a wiki

Inb4 that one autist.

Literally everything has a Wiki.

context?

Individual DBZ fanfics have wikis.

Always gets me

what was the point of this?

Sauce? All that comes up is Chinese websites

Do you think there will be someone with you in your final moments?

When you first find out about jeppards son in sweet tooth

I'm a dog I'm a dog.

goddamn Red was such a good dog

Just for you user.

Oh man why are you anons going to make me read this comic about bad things happening to good dogs.

This legit got me when I was reading it.

Because it's one of the best goddamn things Ennis has ever put out.

muthafucka.

the flintstones comics are a lot darker than I thought they'd be

Aku DOES know the Samurai despite divine empowerment is still mortal, right? He's even seen aged in that vision Blue Morpheus had, so eventually he is going to die. Aku meanwhile is sort of eternal.

Exact same feeling I had when I had my cat put down. OK, it was dying, but why the fuck did I do that.

what?

>His last act is to try to shield the kid

That's honestly one of the things that stuck with me the longest from the whole comic

...

>haha what a fun comic about mental illness
>this happens

...

THEY HAD FAMILIES

...

trips of truth right there

>This
>Soul-crushing
>Not Six's speech right before it
>Not the hiatus

No

Where is this from?

I think that's from Tomboy

End of issue 11 of Watchmen

>This is the best day of my life!

Surprised this hasn't be posted yet...

Loved the fuck out of this run

Maybe he shouldn't break legs for the mob and hang out with an amoral sociopath, then.

That was the point, he wanted to get away from that.

>their disintegrating bodies from the shape of the bloodstain on the Comedian's badge
Someone pointed that out recently and it made this scene even better for me.

She busts into a warehouse and kills a whole bunch of dudes to save her best friend. But then her friend recognizes her from the ringtone and she has to kill her too.
