Amazing spiderman #22 storytime

has this been storytimed yet?
i hope not

...

...

27!

...

...

...

...

...

>Voice modulator
Does it modify smell too? Because otherwise The Lizard would be able to tell he's not Warren.

gotta keep quipping

...

oh now where did this fucker spring from

>I'm gonna clone this clone!

...

...

Why is Miles not in his furry jumpsuit?

...

Clone Conspiracy a shit

...

...

I want to hug Ben

Welp, spoiler guy last night was right.

spider of murder

how did he survive the fall from the daily bugle?
hell he wasnt even using his jumpsuit anymore, he was genetically green (for some reason)

this has to be another clone

This reminds me of that episode of Treehouse of Horror where Sideshow Bob clones Bart over and over again to kill him again and again.

well it was scanbro spoiling it

I dont like this direction for Ben

I thought he got over those problems the first time

...

Or maybe the one that fell from the Daily Bugle was the clone.

>Warren keeps underestimating Peter's limits
I guess even he didn't know Peter holds back a lot.

...

probably
but where the hell was the real one all this time?

...

He didn't, but way before Spider-Island there was another Jackal running around in a Spider-Man vs. Punisher mini.

Warren'll just keep cloning the shit out of himself.

...

So, how long has Ben been the Jackal?
It was Miles Warren during Spider-Island, right?

That's fucking savage.

and thats all for now

I just realized something.
What's the difference between Jackal/Bens' new cloning process and the process Arnim Zola has been using to resurrect Nazi War criminals for years? Seems to me that Zola's is better.

slott kind of implied it was ben during spider-island

Must have been, since he called himself Miles Warren in the prologue.

IIRC that one called himself a clone by association when they gassed the shit out of that small town to test their kill-only-non-clones virus.

Huh, I thought we were almost done with this event.

Arnim Zola's way is better because he doesn't pidgeonhole himself into focusing on one specimen. Learning multiple lines of genetic code leads to you find the best strands of each to reinforce the whole.

nazi

Zola's process is so good, he could actually make a clone of Steve Rogers with the Red Skull's conciousness, with all of his memories up to the moment of his death.

That's kind of horrible.

this is horrific

>Except I AM and you KNOW it
>Despite being acting, literally, nothing like Ben Reilly, I'm totally 100% the same guy

not sure how Pete changes his mind here

Thanks!

Tearing up at the thought of that being the cost to bring Uncle Ben back? Seems to work for me

YOU FILTH thread was fun.

better than the actual issue

...

We knew it'll be predictable issue.
And "futa isn't gay".

implication

When will Spidercide show up in this event?

Probably one of the many, many, many Miles Warren clones.

Yeah, he's missing. Clone this, clone that and they forget about him. Shame.

user please, he has to stay dead. Miles Warren told him a big secret that must be kept secret.

>you're in the clone club now

Uhh... hasn't he ALWAYS been in the "clone club"? Didn't Miles, you know, START the clone club?

IF UNCLE BEN CAN'T STAY DEAD, THEN NOBODY HAS TO!
And Jason and Bucky.

Okay, that genuine fun

Jesus, just shoot him or something.

also,you forgot Thomas Bruce

;-;

Ok that's one way to torture the hell out of someone.

He is TOO 90s, I will not ALLOW THIS!

So..... why the fuck did he take on the Jackal name?

That's pretty groovy costume.

Right after Judas Traveller

>They say drowning is one of the better ways to go

NO ONE says that. The fuck are you talking about, Slott? Drowning is slow and excruciating.

I thought I was the only one to remember him.

Carol fought an alternate universe version of him in Reed's run of Ms. Marvel.

that's no costume!

I mean compared to starvation, being crushed, burned, torn in half, and tortured, it is one of the better ways.

It still is very sucky.

You and anyone who read the 90s Clone Saga. There was a guy who kept insisting that NuJackal was going to be Judas Traveller and not Ben.

I'm sure he's reading this thread right now angry.

Eh, starvation I'll give you, similar to drowning but takes a lot longer.

But any kind of Mortal Kombat fatality would be a sharper pain but it would be over quicker, so...debatable?

In this issue: Slott watched The Prestige by Nolan

You sick fuck, this is a blue board

This or his clones are stronger, Kaine did the same trick when he was prisoned with Spock

Sorry user

Thanks, OP. I'd say that I'm looking forward to this finally coming to an end, but I doubt what comes after will be much better.

Who says that?!
Fucking Christ is this hack now trying to convince us of his fucking fetishes or something?

This is what Warren did in this issue, but his process have the decay problem

Kind of makes you wonder why they don't just try and copy Zola's method.

All this shows is that Slott is a one trick pony. He just recycles the same ideas over and over and over again.

But we already knew this.

What issue is this from?

>And people still think Slott LIKES Spider-Man.

This is the second time Slott has wrote an entire story around repeatedly murdering Spider-Man.

New Avengers first issue.

Also this, sure.
I mean CC looks like Spider Island but with clones
And i dont want to say its bad, im enjoing it so far, but still.

To make Miles feel even more worthless, I guess.

How would he be doing that? If anything, from everything we've seen from Jackal, Jackal/Miles would probably be excited about that. In a "My little boy is growing up!" kind of way. He's twisted like that.

The 2005 Bendis one?

That's true. I got nothing. I guess we have to hope that it'll be revealed in CC issue 4, but I'm not betting on it.

Yeah, the Bendis one.

>I won't you even use my Spider-sense to dodge

Motherfucker, Peter and Ben don't set off each other's SS. Jesus, Slott. Do your fucking research.

This artificial memories bit makes no sense given how clones have been treated in the past. Lousy retcon to desperately make Slott's new clones appear different.
