Gotham Academy is the series you just described.
Dialogue is hella less cringy, takes place at an academy, "Victoria" is a main character, and and great art, aside from 6 or so issues. Less lesbians, tho.

I've been thinking about story timing it, but have never done that before, and am not sure how to deal with the frequent nudity
