Merry Christmas everyone and welcome to night two of our nightly storytime of Les Nombrils, or The Bellybuttons for us English speaking non quebec plebs. These will continue one a night (or two on a future night, since I in fact started this a day late by accident) until we post volume 7 on Christmas day.
This volume is the second and last, until the latest volume 8 began publishing the single weekly pages, of the early gag a page strips before an ongoing plot begins to kind of take hold. So I hope everyone enjoys these, and hope any new readers are back as well.
You'll also find a few random reaction images in this folder since I just downloaded the whole thread when I read it the first time and didn't think to clear those out. I'll have the cleaner file download at the end of the night, but wanted to make sure a complete copy was here right at the start.
And as ever, if Ouash is here as he sometimes is, everyone thank him for doing the work of scanlating pretty much everything after volume 3.

Its no problem. I first read this story in one of these three years ago, and since nobody seemed to be doing it last year took over then. I really like it, the thing turns from okay to actually pretty great all of a sudden somewhere along the line but the spaced out storytime makes it a bit easier to digest than one giant series of threads.

I think only the first three volumes are translated in English, unless you are a frenchfag you'll have to get them from us. Stick around the next few days, tomorrow is when the ride gets truly wild and you can't get off no matter how you try. IMO you should've left it like in the original, them speaking French and her learning English. I understand why you translated it but it seems to me that if I'm watching a movie taking place in Germany, in Berlin, I don't need the name of Berlin translated into New York or Chicago, if you understand what I'm trying to say.
