my monthly expenses all things considered are about or under $750 bucks, and I make about $2000-2500 a month after tax, after 401K contribution and my flex card. (I frequently get OT) I do have a moped if I feel like going somewhere local and I can arrange for a trip to the range with co-workers. Who are sympathetic to my lifestyle, we are all sort of like this, even though I am the youngest with the next youngest being 35, the oldest is in his early 50s.
